玉米地植保无人机施药对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果研究

摘    要:为探究防治草地贪夜蛾的有效方法,本次研究以河池市金城江区虫害玉米地为研究对象,使用喷施甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂以及甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐-金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421混合药剂两种药剂、无人机和人工背负式喷施两种施药方式进行试验。结果表明,人工喷施见效较快,但在喷施10 d后人工和无人机喷药的防治效果均高于94%,且没有显著性差异,无人机喷药成本远低于人工成本;喷施混合药剂的防治效果略高于只喷施甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂。推荐生产实践中采用无人机喷施混合药剂的方式防治玉米地草地贪夜蛾。

Abstract:Insect-infested maize field in Jinchengjiang District, Hechi City was used as object to explore an effective method for controlling the Spodoptera frugiperda. In this experiment, Two types of pesticides,emamectin benzoate and the mixture of emamectin benzoate with Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421, were evaluated using two application methods: unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) spraying and manual piggyback spraying. The results showed that the effect of manual spraying was faster. Both the manual spraying and UAV spraying achieved control efficacy rates exceeding 94% after 10 days of application, with no significant difference between the two methods. UAV spraying proved to be more cost-effective than manual labor. The control effect of spraying mixed chemicals was slightly higher than that of spraying only emamectin benzoate microemulsion. It is recommended to spray mixed agent by UAV in production practice.
