酶磨法处理玉米秸秆的糖化发酵研究

摘    要:将纤维素酶、木聚糖酶分别与湿磨相结合对玉米秸秆进行了预处理,对不同料液浓度的酶磨玉米秸秆进行了糖化发酵研究。试验结果表明:当经纤维素酶、木聚糖酶酶磨处理的玉米秸秆料液的酶解浓度均为6%时,还原糖收率最高,分别为37.2%和33.5%;对酶解后的料液进行酒精发酵,发现在酶解料液浓度为11%时,酒精浓度最高,分别为3.0%和2.8%。

Abstract:In this study,the corn stalk was pretreated respectively by cellulase and xylanase hydrolysis combined with wet-milling,and then the saccharification and ethanol fermentation of the pretreated corn stalk at different concentrations were carried out by using commercially-available cellulase and yeast,respectively.The results showed that when the enzymatic hydrolysis concentration of the corn stalk pretreated by cellulase or xylanase combined with wet-milling was all 6%,the maximum recovery rate of reducing-s...
