分子标记辅助选择在小麦抗病和品质遗传育种中的应用

摘    要:DNA水平的分子标记技术能够提供便捷、准确、稳定的遗传标记.近年来,在小麦中应用分子标记进行遗传图谱构建、定位目标基因以及鉴定外源染色体片段等方面发挥了重要作用.为了给相关研究提供参考,本文就分子标记技术在小麦抗条锈、叶锈和白粉病以及小麦麦谷蛋白、淀粉、硬度等品质方面的作用及应用进展进行了阐述,并对分子标记辅助选择在育种应用中存在的问题进行了论述.

Abstract:Molecular markers are newly developed selection tools in plant breeding.The main advantages of marker-assisted selection(MAS) are its simplicity,stability,high through output,and high reproducibility.The progress in DNA marker technology has been tremendous and exciting.DNA markers have provided valuable tools in various analyses of positional cloning of genes,development of high-density molecular maps and comparative studies between incompatible species.The practical application of molecular markers in wheat breeding was discussed.
