摘    要:为选育出低含量生氰糖苷木薯品种及选择适宜的食用时期提供依据,选用蛋黄木薯(SC9)、紫叶黄心木薯(BGM019)、白心面包木薯(SC101)和深黄木薯为材料,分别在植后3个月(块根形成期)、6个月(块根膨大期)及9个月(块根成熟期)采用Western Blot技术检测亚麻仁苦苷酶的表达水平。结果表明:亚麻仁苦苷酶在不同品种同一发育时期,同一品种不同发育时期均存在差异。随生育期的延长,亚麻仁苦苷酶表达水平在SC101与SC9中均呈先下降后缓慢上升趋势,在BGM019中呈升高趋势,在深黄木薯中呈先升高后下降趋势。

Abstract:In order to select cassava varieties with low cyanogenic glucoside content,and provide references for selecting appropriate edible period of cassava,SC9,BGM019,SC101 and deep yellow cassava varieties were taken as materials in this study.Expression levels of linamarase in tuberous roots at different development periods(three months,six months and nine months after planted) were detected using Western blot.Results:There were significant differences in the expression levels of the enzymes in the same development period of different varieties,and also in different development period of the same variety.The change trends in different varieties were different,the expression level of linamarase in SC101 and SC9 first decreased and then increased slowly with the extension of growth period.In BGM019,it showed an increasing trend,while first increased and then decreased in deep yellow cassava.
