摘    要:作为管理专业的学生,毕业后所面临的可供选择的就业机会中,有很大一部分是成为一名会计人员。因此,研究如何增强学生的会计职业能力,进而促使经管类学生能够成功就业具有重要现实意义。以大学生课堂学习过程中应有的思维进程规律作为研究对象,设计出以提升会计教学效果为目标的心向诱导教学法、搭建支架教学法以及实践体验教学法。

Abstract:As a student majoring in management, a big chunk of graduates will choose to be an accounting personnel. Consequently, research on how to strengthen the students ability of accounting profession; how to promote the accounting education level in our country and then prompt students majoring in economics and management to get employment successfully are of theoretical and realistic significance. This thesis regards the general rules of thought that the collegians show when they accept new things as the point of penetration of the research. Then according to these rules, the writer designs accounting teaching methods.
