BMY牛、婆罗门牛及云南黄牛遗传多样性及群体遗传结构研究

摘    要:选用BMY牛、婆罗门牛和云南黄牛作为研究动物群体,对5个微卫星DNA座位的遗传变异及多态性进行分析,以了解其群体遗传结构及BMY牛的育成情况。结果显示:5个位点在3个群体中的多态信息含量分别为0.6708、0.5676和0.6307,呈高度多态性。平均杂合度BMY牛最高为0.6897,婆罗门牛为0.5701,云南黄牛为0.6078,3个群体均表现出较高的遗传多样性。

Abstract:Three cattle breeds,including BMY,Brahman and Yunnan yellow,were used as the experimental population.The genetic variations and polymorphisms of five microsatellite loci were analyzed to determine the population structure and breeding progress of BMY,Brahman and Yunnan local yellow cattle.The polymorphic information content of the three groups was 0.670 8,0.567 6 and 0.630 7 in turn.The average heterozygosity of three groups was 0.689 7,0.570 1 and 0.607 8 respectively.The result showed all of three populations displayed high genetic diversity.
