| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法分析多菌灵.咪鲜胺锰盐复配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+乙腈+水(pH=8.0)为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。结果表明:多菌灵和咪鲜胺锰盐的标准偏差分别为0.14%和0.12%,变异系数分别为0.70%和1.15%,平均回收率均98.6%。

Analysis of 30% Carbendazim and Prochloraz Manganese Chloride Complex WDG by HPLC |

| Abstract: | By using high performance liquid chromatography,the compound preparation of 30% carbendazim and prochloraz manganese chloride complex was analyzed.With methanol-acetonitrile-water(pH 8.0)as mobile phase,C18 reversed-phase column and ultraviolet-variable wavelength detector were used and the effective components were quantitatively analyzed by using inner standard method.The results showed that the standard deviation and variation coefficients of carbendazim and prochloraz manganese chloride complex were 0.14% and 0.12%,0.70% and 1.15%, respectively.The average recovery rate was 98.6%. |
