摘    要:目的]建立五指毛桃药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法]采用高效液相色谱法,甲醇-水作为流动相,流速为1 m l/m in,检测波长为246 nm,检测时间为90 m in,柱温为室温。结果]五指毛桃的指纹图谱共确定了8个共有峰,结果稳定,重复性好。结论]建立的五指毛桃药材的指纹图谱,对五指毛桃药材的质量控制是可行的。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish the HPLC fingerprint image of Ficus hirta Vahl.Method] Using the HPLC method and with the methanol—water as mobile phase,the speed was 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 246 nm and the time was 90 min.The temperature of detection was RT.Result] There were eight common peaks in the fingerprint and the results were stable and with good repeatability.Conclusion] The fingerprint image of Ficus hirta Vahl was feasible for the control of the quality of the Ficus hirta Vahl.
