摘    要:铬鞣兰皮的边角度屑是一种动物胶原蛋白质,从中制取明胶后剩余的残渣,仍含有50%左右的粗蛋白质,4~6%的铬(Ⅲ).因铬含量高毒性大不能作饲料用.通过合理的工艺路线,从制胶残渣中可回收90%的优质动物蛋白粉,其粗蛋白含量可达84.09%,氨基酸总量82.46%;铬含量20.4mg/kg。二次残渣中的铬可回收99%制取铬黄.此生产工艺变废为宝.生产无三废,不仅为畜牧业开辟了一个动物蛋白质饲料的来源,而且经济效益和社会效益都相当可观.

Abstract:Leftover bits and pieces of chromizing leather, which is usually made into swilledn, is a kind of animal protein in colloidal substance. There was 50% of crude protein in the wastage of making gelatin, Because Chewier(Ⅲ) content was 4-6% in the was thighs, it was not used for animal feed directly. By rational technological process, 90% of highquality animal protein was reclaimed from the wastage of making selatin. In the products, crude protein content was up to 84. 09%, total amino acid 82. 46%, Cr(Ⅲ) content 20. 4 ppm. Reclamation rate of chromium was 99% in the secondary wastage. This process changed waste material into things of value, without any contamination. It not only opened up the resources of animal protein feed for animal husbandry, but also was considerable for economic and social benefit.
