| 摘 要： | 研究了不同因素对番木瓜芽诱导的影响。结果表明：应在春、秋两季晴朗的午后,选取健壮、优良两性株的萌芽条顶芽及以下1-5个芽位作为外植体;外植体先用300 mg/L的利福平预处理1.0 h,再进行常规消毒,然后接种于MS＋BA0.4 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋GA31.0 mg/L＋蔗糖4%的培养基中,在2000 lx的光强下培养20 d后,可获得40%左右的芽诱导率。

| Abstract: | The influences of different factors on bud induction of papaya were studied in this test.The result showed that healthy and strong terminal bud and buds on 1~5 bud-nodes below terminal bud from good amphoteric plants should be selected in fine and cloudless afternoon of spring and autumn as explants;the explants were disinfected with 300 mg/L Rifampicin for 1.0 h first,then were normally disinfected,finally were cultured on MS BA 0.4 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L GA3 1.0 mg/L sugar 4% medium in 2000 lx light intensity,under the above conditions,the bud induction rate could reach to about 40% after 20 days'cultivation. |
