不同施肥配比对灯盏花产量和灯盏乙素含量的影响*

摘    要: 应用L9(34)正交设计对不同施肥配比下灯盏花进行大田试验,观测了其生长情况、产量和灯盏乙素含量。结果表明:N,P,K三个因素对灯盏花产量影响的主次关系为K>N>P,其最佳组合为N2P3K3,比例为N∶P∶K=3∶2∶1;对灯盏乙素含量影响的主次关系为N>P>K,最佳组合为N3P3K3,比例为N∶P∶K=4∶2∶1;公顷含灯盏乙素量的主次关系为K>P>N,N2P3K3是最佳组合,比例为N∶P∶K=3∶2∶1。在灯盏花栽培中,增施氮肥,适当施用磷肥,控制钾肥施用量能提高其产量和灯盏乙素含量。

Abstract:Through experiment of L9(34)under different fertilizer rate,Growth, yield, and breviscapine content of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.)Hand.-Mazz. were determined. The results showed: effect sequence on yield of Erigeron breviscapus for N, P, and K is K>N>P, and the best compose is N2P3K3, rate is N∶P∶K=3∶2∶1;effect sequence on breviscapine of Erigeron breviscapus for N, P, and K is N>P>K, and the best compose is N3P3K3, rate is N∶P∶K=4∶2∶1;effect sequence on breviscapine content perhectare of Erigeron breviscapus for N, P, and K is K>P>N, and the best compose is N2P3K3, rate is N∶P∶K=3∶2∶1. In Erigeron breviscapus culture, increasing N quantity, moderate P quantity, and reducing K quantity can improve yield and breviscapine content of Erigeron breviscapus.
