秭归空心李RAPD反应体系的建立及其遗传多样性分析

摘    要:采用RAPD分子标记技术对湖北省秭归县杨林桥镇秭归空心李4个居群的21个样品进行了多态性分析,从100个随机引物中筛选出6个引物对秭归空心李进行了扩增并对扩增结果进行了聚类分析.结果表明:当遗传距离取 0.266 2~0.346 2 cM时,所有的群体聚为一类;当遗传距离取 0.059 5~0.063 9 cM时,4个居群各为一类;4个居群的相似性系数为 0.707 3~0.942 3,说明杨林桥镇4个居群的秭归空心李遗传背景比较一致,亲缘关系很近.

Abstract:The RAPD molecular marker technology was used to study 21 samples(four groups) of Prunus Salicina cv.Ziguikongxin from three places of Yanglinqiao town in Zigui County,Hubei Province.PCR amplification of 21 samples were conducted by 6 primers selected from 100 random primers.Clustering results showed that all the materials were classified into one population at the genetic distance level of 0.266 2-0.346 2,but into 4 populations at 0.059 5-0.063 9.The genetic similarity of four populations ranged from 0.707...
