| 摘 要： | 采用RAPD分子标记技术对湖北省秭归县杨林桥镇秭归空心李4个居群的21个样品进行了多态性分析,从100个随机引物中筛选出6个引物对秭归空心李进行了扩增并对扩增结果进行了聚类分析.结果表明:当遗传距离取 0.266 2～0.346 2 cM时,所有的群体聚为一类;当遗传距离取 0.059 5～0.063 9 cM时,4个居群各为一类;4个居群的相似性系数为 0.707 3～0.942 3,说明杨林桥镇4个居群的秭归空心李遗传背景比较一致,亲缘关系很近.
