| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿治疗中的实施效果。方法观察患儿的情况,明确护理诊断,查阅资料,选择最佳护理方法,制订护理干预措施。结果 21例患儿通过治疗及循证护理,均痊愈或好转出院,无一例发生并发症。结论在重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿护理过程中,及早识别重症早期征象,加强观察监测,积极治疗及护理,能提高救治成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing for children cases with severe type of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)complicated with encephalitis.Methods The measures could be included assessment of children patients’conditions,identification of nursing diagnosis,searching for references,selection of the best evidences,and making nursing interventions.Results After medical treatment and nursing intervention,21 children turned better and were discharged without any complications.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can identify HFMD complicatied with encephalitis of early fatal signs,strengthening monitoring and active treatment as well as nursing care,and thereby can significantly reduce the occurrence of fatal condition,improve rate of success in rescue and treatment. |
