| 摘 要： | 赖草是一种抗逆性极强的多年生禾本科植物,具有耐盐碱、耐旱、耐瘠薄、耐寒、耐风蚀、耐污染、耐沙埋、耐暴雨等特点,不仅是一种饲用价值较高的优良牧草,还是进行植物新品种培育的一种基因库材料。本文综述了赖草的优良特性、干旱胁迫下的生理变化、抗旱机制及抗旱相关基因的研究进展,并提出了今后的研究趋势。

| Abstract: | Leymus is a perennial gramineous plant with strong resistance ability such as salt tolerance,drought resistance,cold tolerance,barren resistance and so on.Leymus has better feeding value,and is a gene bank accession breeding new plant variety.In the paper reviewed the better characteristics of Leymus,physiological change under drought stress,drought-resistance mechanism and drought-resistance genes research,and put forward its research tendency in the future. |
