旱稻与水稻苗期的淀粉酶同功酶及其活性的研究

本文采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定了旱稻(秦爱),水稻(寒2)种子萌发及苗期不同部位的淀粉酶同功酶,还测定了不同时期胚乳的淀粉酶活性。结果表明:从种子萌发到三叶期,秦爱胚乳中淀粉酶同功酶的酶带数均比寒2多,少则多一条,多则多三条。相应时期胚乳中淀粉酶的活性均以秦爱为高,尤其是一叶一心期两者差异最明显。秦爱的α—淀粉酶活性比寒2的高3.0倍,(α+β)淀粉酶活性高15倍。相应时期秦爱的根、苗中淀粉酶同功酶与寒2的相似。
