旱稻与水稻苗期的淀粉酶同功酶及其活性的研究

摘    要:本文采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,测定了旱稻(秦爱),水稻(寒2)种子萌发及苗期不同部位的淀粉酶同功酶,还测定了不同时期胚乳的淀粉酶活性。结果表明:从种子萌发到三叶期,秦爱胚乳中淀粉酶同功酶的酶带数均比寒2多,少则多一条,多则多三条。相应时期胚乳中淀粉酶的活性均以秦爱为高,尤其是一叶一心期两者差异最明显。秦爱的α—淀粉酶活性比寒2的高3.0倍,(α+β)淀粉酶活性高15倍。相应时期秦爱的根、苗中淀粉酶同功酶与寒2的相似。

Abstract:Amylase isoenzyme in different parts of upland rice and paddy rice during their germination and shoot growth and the amylase activies in endosperms at different times were determined by means of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Results are as follows:The number of bands of amyvlase isoenzymes in endosperms of Qing Ai differs from that of Hart-2 during period of the beginning of germination to the three- leaf stage,Qing Ai possesing more bands than Han-2,especially in the one-leaf stage.The activi...
