黄花美冠兰种球扩繁试验研究

摘    要:黄花美冠兰,呈“之”型生长的一种野生兰,依据黄花美冠兰的每一个块茎上均有顶芽和隐芽进行种球扩繁实验。通过对黄花美冠兰不同覆土方式;野外生长条件和人工栽培条件下的种球和根的营养成分及生物量进行比较;3因子3水平随机处理进行分析。结果表明,黄花美冠兰种植时应覆土3 ̄5cm为好。一年生种球中N、P、K的含量较高,其次是二年生球;但二年生种球所萌发的当年生新球纵径和横径大于一年生种球和三年生种球,在种球扩繁时适宜选择二年生种球进行。野外生长条件下的种球及根营养成分含量低于人工栽培条件下的营养成分含量。单个球、两个连着球和三个连着球由于所萌发的当年生新球在纵径和横径方面无明显差异,栽植时为了尽快获得大批量的新球,宜单个球种植。

Experimental Studies on Propagation of Eulophia flava Bulb

Abstract:Eulophia flava (Lindl.) Hook. F, one of wild orchids, was zigzag to grow. Based on every bulb had tip bud and kryptoblast, so study on the propagation of bulb. Analysis of soil cover, nutrient component and biomass of bulb and root which plant under field and cultivation conditions, complete of stochastic region design of three factor and three rates. The result showed when was propagate new bulb, the bulb was plant should cover soil which deep is 3~5cm. The N?P?K content in annual bulb was more than in biennial bulb. But the biennial bulb propagated new bulb of transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter was better than the other bulb. A new bulb was propagated which should to select the biennial bulb in production. Under a field condition kind of ball and the root nutrition ingredient content is lower than under the manual cultivation condition. No significant variance in transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of single, double and multi-bulb to propagate new bulb, and in order to obtains the mass as soon as possible the new bulb, suitable single ball to plant.
