广东省松材线虫病防控现状、存在问题与对策

通过概述广东省自1988年发现松材线虫病以来在疫情监测技术、松褐天牛防治技术上的进展情况及林分结构调整措施．并针对目前广东省在思想认识、行政决策、法规制定、检疫监管和现有防治措施等上存在的问题向各级林业主管部门提出合理化建议，以期提高防治技术水平，控制松材线虫病的扩散蔓延，确保实现“森林覆盖率和森林蓄积量双增加”目标。

The Progress, Problems and Countermeasures on the Control of Pine Wilt Disease in Guangdong

The pine forest in Guangdong has been attacked by pine wood nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) since 1988.The research progress of epidemic monitoring technology,pine sawyer beetle(Monochamus alternatus) control technology and modification on the forest community structure are introduces in this paper.A series of recommendations are proposes about reinforcing management,the application of reasonable quarantine and monitoring skills.In order to improve the control technology and prevent the diffusion of Pine Wilt Disease,ensure the realization of forest coverage rate and volume double increase target on the basis of the existing problems in Guangdong at present,which contain the government paying insufficient attention to Pine Wilt Disease,the incomplete laws and rules as well as administrative decision,the imperfect quarantine control technologies and so on.
