黄精的高效液相色谱指纹图谱

摘    要:建立陕西杨凌黄精的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,比较8个不同产地黄精高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。色谱条件为Waters XB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为200 nm,流动相为乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,分析时间70 min,柱温30℃。结果显示,在选定的色谱条件下,通过共有模式生成法和平均矢量计算以及相似度分析确定的16个色谱峰,构成陕西杨凌黄精的指纹图谱特征峰。表明用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器联用建立的黄精指纹图谱稳定性,重复性较好,能为陕西杨凌,汉中及其他各产地的黄精质量标准提供参考。

Abstract:To establish the high performance liquid chromatogram(HPLC) fingerprint chromatogram of Polygonatum sibiricun Red.in Yang ling of Shaanxi province.The fingerprint chromatogram of Polygonatum sibiricun Red.of growing the eight different area are compared.The HPLC condition is that:Waters XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mixture of Acetonitrile-solution phosphoric acid,the detection wavelength was 200 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 300C.Result Under the above chromatographic,16chromatographic peaks were involved in the characteristic absorption band of Polygonatum sibiricun Red.fingerprimt by a average vector and a similarity analysis.Conclusion that the fingeprint chromatogram of Polygonatum sibiricun Red.set up by HPLC-DAD is stable and repeatable,and can provide a relevant information to quality control of Polygonatum sibiricun Red.
