摘    要:以33份甘蔗品种(系)为试材,对甘蔗11个品质指标进行了测定,并应用相关分析、通径分析和因子分析方法对测定数据进行分析.简单相关分析结果表明,甘蔗纤维分与蒸煮液锤度呈极显著负相关、与其他品质指标关系不密切,甘蔗蔗糖分与蔗汁的糖锤度、转光度、视纯度、重力纯度、直接旋光数、转化旋光数、观测旋光度、蔗汁蔗糖分含量呈极显著正相关;偏相关分析结果表明,甘蔗纤维分与蔗汁转光度和重力纯度、甘蔗蔗糖分与蔗汁重力纯度和直接旋光数呈显著正相关;通径分析结果表明,蔗汁转光度、重力纯度和转化旋光数对甘蔗纤维分含量均有直接正效应,甘蔗蔗糖分受蔗汁糖锤度、转光度、重力纯度、直接旋光数、转化旋光数和观测旋光度等6个指标的影响较大;而因子分析结果显示,甘蔗品质指标可用蔗汁糖分、蔗渣糖分和甘蔗成熟度3个主因子代表,其特征累计贡献率达96.14%.

Abstract:Eleven indexes of 33 sugarcane varieties were analyzed by correlation,path and factor analysis.Fiber percent cane was significantly negative associated with bix of boiling liquid of bagasse except other quality indexes by simple correlation analysis.Sucrose content in cane was extremely significant relate with bix, polarimeter reading in juice,apparent purity,gravity purity, polarimeter reading by sodium chloride solution, polarimeter reading by hydrochloric acid,polarimeter reading in bagasse and sucrose content in juice. Fiber percent cane was significant associated with polarimeter reading in juice and gravity purit by partial correlation coefficients. Sucrose content in cane was significant relate with gravity purity and polarimeter reading by sodium chloride solution.Path analysis demonstrate that fiber percent cane was positively correlated wih polarimeter reading in juice,apparent, gravity purity and polarimeter reading by hydrochloric acid.Bix, polarimeter reading in juice,gravity purity, polarimeter reading by sodium chloride solution, polarimeter reading by hydrochloric acid and polarimeter reading in bagasse primarily controlled sucrose content in cane.The nine quality indexes of sugarcane could be divided into three factors and cumulative variance contribution of the three factors reached 96.14% by factor analysis.Three factors were sugar indexes of juice, sugar indexes of bagasse and sugarcane maturity indexes.
