| 摘 要： | 建立了茯砖茶中主要黄酮类物质芦丁的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱C18色谱柱,流动相:A乙腈;B磷酸溶液(pH=2.5),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长258nm,样量为20μL,柱温30℃。对照品芦丁的回归方程Y=16007.7ρB(μg/mL)-11115.2,R=0.9993,线性范围为10.000～80.000mg/L,平均回收率99.0100%,RSD为2.0700%。测得茯砖茶中芦丁含量为0.1435%,RSD为3.4900%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于茯砖茶中芦丁含量的测定。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for the determination of the rutin from the Fuzhuan tea was established, which was a main component of flavonol glycosides. The determination was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution (pH=2.5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The sample was detected by an UV detector at 280 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results showed that linear curve is Y= 16007.7 ρB (μg/mL)-11115.2 and in the concentration range of 10.000～100.000 mg/L(R=0.9993). The average recoveries was 99.010 0% with RSD less than 2.070 0%. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of Rutin in Fuzhuan tea. |
