摘    要:为优化蛹虫草深层发酵培养基组成,采用菌体生物量和腺苷含量作为响应值,运用JMP析因设计(Fractional Factorial Design)研究糖蜜、VB_1、玉米浆干粉、(NH_4)_2SO_4、MgSO_4和CaCl_2对响应值的影响.结果分析显示,极显著影响蛹虫草深层发酵生物量和腺苷含量的关键因子为糖蜜、玉米浆和硫酸铵(P<0.01),且在实验范围内与响应值均呈正效应;VB_1是影响生物量和腺苷含量的显著因子(P<0.05);氯化钙仅对生物量有显著影响(P=0.023 5<0.05),而对腺苷含量无显著影响(P:0.095 5>0.05);硫酸镁对2个响应值均无显著影响(P>0.05).

Abstract:In order to optimize the medium composition for the culture of Cordyceps milharis,Fractional Factorial Design was used in this study to evaluate the effect of molases,VB_1,corn steep powder,(NH_4)_2SO_4,MgSO_4 and CaCl_2 on the two responses,biomass and adenosine content.The result indicated that molasses,corn steep powder and(NH_4)_2SO_4 were the most significant factors,and had positive relativity to the responses.In addition,vitamin B_1 affected the two responses significantly;CaCl_2 had significant effect on the biomass,but had no significant effect on the adenosine content.MgSO_4 had no significant effect on either of the responses.
