家禽饲料评定的代谢能体系及其有效性评价

摘    要:本文从理论和实践上讨论了代谢能体系在家禽饲料评定中的有效性。AME及AMEn均低估了饲料的生物有效能(BE),且变异很大,主要受采食量的影响(AMEn稍优于AME)。TME高估了BE,特别是在低采食量时,但变异幅度大大低于AME和AMen。TMEn最接近BE,不受采食量的影响,变异最小。在测定方法上,TME和TMEn比AME和AMEn简单,需时短,成本低。生产实践中,用真代谢能来配制饲粮能准确地反映家禽的的生产成绩,并能降低生产成本。因此,真代谢能,特别是TMEn是评定家禽饲料营养价值的理想指标。

Abstract:The suitability of metabolizable energy system for poultry feed evaluation is discussed in this article in the theoretical and practical aspects.AME and AMEn underestimate bioavailable energy(BE)of a feed.They vary greatly,depending mainly upon feed intake(AMEn is superior to AME in this aspect.).TME overestimates BE, especially at low feed intakes.The extent of variation is much lower for TME than AME or AMEn.TMEn is nearly the same as BE.It varies little at all levels of feed intakes,In the methodology,TME and TMEn are simpler to determine than AME and AMEn,taking shorter time and with lower cost.In practice,formulating diets on the basis of TME can accurately estimate poultry performance and decrease production cost.It is concluded that TME,especially TMEn,is the most ideal energy system for poultry feed evaluation.
