| 摘 要： | 目的：制定复方茜草灌注液质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的丹参、茜草、苦参进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中丹参酮ⅡA和隐丹参酮的含量。结果：隐丹参酮的回归方程Y=1×106 X＋744 462,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.61%。丹参酮ⅡA的回归方程Y=2×106 X＋2×106,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.05%。结论：建立的鉴别方法直观、简单、专属性强;含量测定方法准确、重现性好。可作为制定复方茜草灌注液质量标准的试验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standards of compound Radix Rubiae perfusate.Methods： Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Rubiae and Sophorae Flavescentis in the preparation were identified by TLC;the content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone-ⅡA were determined by the HPLC.Results：The regression equation of cryptotanshinone was Y=1×106 X ＋744 462,r=0.999 5,the average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 1.61%.Regression equation of tanshinoneⅡA was Y= 2×106 X＋2×106,r=0.999 5,the average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 2.05%.Conclusion： The method of identification was so straight,simple and specialized that the accuracy and repeatability was satisfied for the content determination. |
