甜瓜几种性状在杂交一代中的表现与分析

通过对3个甜瓜杂交组合 F_1代和亲本的茎节长度,叶宽,果实含糖量和瓜形指数的观查与比较,结果显示在茎节长度和叶宽中 F_1代与大亲本比较,1个达显著差异为中亲值,2个差异不显著,大亲本不完全显性,优势强度在-0.08至0.87之间;果实含糖量 F_1代与大亲本比较均差异不显著,为大亲本不完全显性或完全显性,优势强度分别为0.43,0.71和0.94.以上3个性状 F_1代的表现均明显超过小亲本,达显著差异.瓜形指数比较,结果显示圆形果实与椭圆形果实杂交,F 代果实将变成椭圆形或长椭圆形.

Expression and Analysis of Several Melon's Characters in F_1 Progeny

Expressions of melon's stem joint length,leaf width,soluble solids of fruit and index of fruit shape in three F_1 progenies and parents were observed and compared. The results showed that one difference is notable,and two differences are not notable on stem joint length and leaf width compared F_1 progeny and the bigger parents,the expressions of F_1 progeny were middle parents or incomplete dominance of bigger parent. The superior intensifies were between- 0.08 and 0.87. The difference of fruit soluble solids among three F_1 progenies and parents were not notable. The expressions of F_1 progeny were incomplete dominance or complete dominance of bigger parent,the superior intensities were 0.43,0.71 and 0.94.
