摘    要:针对辽宁省中南部分城市地下水脆弱性评价过程中所遇到的问题,结合当地实际情况,设计开发辽宁省中南部分城市地下水脆弱性信息系统。系统的总体结构划分成3层:上层用户图形界面,中层功能模块,底层数据库。在开放性、实用性、可视性原则的指导下,使用VB语言嵌入Map Object控件的开发模式,并综合运用地下水脆弱性评价、计算机、数据库、地理信息系统等多方面技术进行系统开发。其具有信息管理、查询统计、计算地下水脆弱性、图形绘制等功能,其中,计算地下水脆弱性的评价方法选用国际上普遍采用的DRASTIC模型和适于实际情况的AHP模型。该系统具有管理科学、图形直观、评价准确、数据共享、界面友好和不需依赖任何GIS软件等特点,可以为地下水资源的合理配置和科学管理提供技术支持。

Abstract:According to the local conditions and the problems in the course of appraising the groundwater vulnerability of some cities of central south Liaoning Province,the information system of groundwater vulnerability in this regions was researched and developed.The total structure of this system was divided into 3 layers: upper user graph interface,middle-level function module and floor data base.Under the guidance of the openness,practicability and visibility,with the development module which adopted VB language to inlay the Map Object controller,other related technology was synthetically used for system development including groundwater frailty evaluation,computer,database and geographical information systems.The system had many functions,such as information management,enquiring and statistics,groundwater vulnerability computation and graph drawing.Among them,the assessment method for groundwater vulnerability computation was DRASTIC model which was universally adopted and AHP model in accordance with the actual circumstances.The system,featured by scientific managing,direct graph-showing,accurate appraising,the data shared,the user-friendly interface and being independent from any other GIS software platforms,could provide the technology for the reasonable arrangement and the scientific management of groundwater resources.
