硫双灭多威在土壤棉叶和棉籽中残留量的测定方法

摘    要:本文报道了硫双灭多威(Thiodicapb)在土壤、棉叶和棉籽中残留量测定方法。样品以乙酸乙酯提取,提取液加水浓缩蒸去乙酸乙酯,水相经碱解后再用乙酸乙酯萃取,气相色谱氮磷检测器(NPD)测定。最小检测量为3.08×10-11g,土壤、棉叶和棉籽的最低检测浓度分别为0.0077、0.0077和0.0154mg/kg;添加标准品的平均回收率和变异系数分别为98.45%,95.54%和89.41%及0.82%、1.77%和2.51%。

Abstract:The residues of thiodicarb in soil and cotton leaves were extracted with ethvl acetate was add to the orgeanic extracts ,which was then evaporated. The water phase 1eft was hydrolysed under alkaline condition and then re- extracted with ethyl acetate. After the evaporation of the organ is solvent, the final residue was detected by gas chromatography equipped with NPO. The lowest detection 1imit for thiodicarb was 3.08x10-11g and the . lowest detection concentrations in soil, cotton leaves and seed were 0.0077, 0.0077 and 0.0154mg/kg, the recoveried of thiodiscarb were 98.45% , 95.5% and 89. 41%, with coefficients of 0.82%,1.77%, and 2.51% respectively. -
