摘    要:目的]优选出痹痛贴剂的最佳乙醇回流工艺条件。方法]在单因素试验基础上,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇用量和提取次数4因素进行正交试验,对莪术等3味药材的乙醇回流工艺进行优选,以姜黄素含量和干膏得率为评价指标,采用HPLC法进行测定。结果]最佳乙醇回流工艺为:80%乙醇10倍量提取3次,每次1 h。在此提取条件下,姜黄素含量达2.59 mg/g,干膏得率为6.80%。结论]该工艺合理稳定,可为工业生产提供理论基础。

Study on the Optimal Choice of Alcohol Reflux Technology for Bitong Paste Base on HPLC

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to select the optimum alcohol reflux technology for Bitong paste.Method] On the basis of single factor experiment,ethanol concentration,extracting time,amounts of alcohol and extraction times were selected to carry out orthogonal test,and the alcohol reflux technology for three medicinal materials,such as Zedoary root was selected,in addition,curcumin content and dry extract yielding rate were viewed as evaluating indicators for the evaluation with HPLC method.Result] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 80% ethanol 10 times and extracting 3 times with 1 h each time.Under the above conditions,the content of curcumin was 2.59 mg/g,dry extract yielding rate was 6.80%.Conclusion] The process was reasonable and stable,which can offer the theoretical basis for industrial production.
