蛹虫草多糖提取及纯化工艺研究

摘    要:采用以大米、蚕蛹为主原料的培养基培养蛹虫草子实体。通过正交实验对蛹虫草水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,利用蒽酮-硫酸法来测定多糖含量。发现90℃、加水20倍、分3次提取、每次3 h为最佳提取条件。同时考查了不同除蛋白方法对虫草多糖的蛋白去除效果。

Abstract:The medium mainly containing rice and the pupa of silkworm was used to cultivate the sporocarp of Cordyceps militaris.Extraction processing of water-soluble polysaccharide in Cordyceps militaris was studied through orthogonal experiment,and the anthrone-sulphuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide content.Three times(3 hours per times) extraction with 20 times water at 90 ℃ was the best extraction conditions.Simultaneously deproteinization effect was examined with different methods.
