摘    要:建立了一种简单、快速的基于高效液相色谱分离的测定苏丹红的方法.探讨了流动相组成、流速、柱温等对苏丹红分离的影响,优化后的苏丹红分离条件为:流动相为100%甲醇,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃.测定苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的线性范围为0.01~40mg/L,相对标准偏差均小于5%,检出限在0.01~0.02mg/L之间.用于实际水样和食品中苏丹红的分析获得满意结果.

Abstract:A simple and rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the analysis of Sudan dyes in the present study.The effects of the composition of the mobile phase,flow rate and column temperature on Sudan dye separation were tested and the optimal separation conditions were obtained as follows: 100% methanol as the mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature of 30 ℃.The linear ranges for Sudan I~IV were 0.01-40 mg/L with an RSD of less than 5% and a limit of detection of 0.01-0.02 mg/L.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the analysis of Sudan dyes in natural water and food stuffs with satisfactory results.
