摘    要:为了满足9YYB12型青饲料打捆缠膜一体机的设计要求,解决传统打捆缠膜过程中未成捆物料散落造成的浪费问题,设计了一种融合料捆输送、包膜驱动及落料回送功能于一体的落料回送总成。简述了9YYB型青饲料打捆缠膜一体机的结构原理和设计思路,利用三维软件Solid Works对底盘进行了参数化建模,重点完成了对落料回送总成的设计、计算和建模分析。最后,完成了对落料回送总成的试验验证,为后续打捆缠膜一体机底盘和整机的优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to satisfy the meeting of design requirements of 9YYB12 type integrative machine for silage bundling and package wrapping machine, and solve the problem of the waste of the material in the traditional process of bundling and package wrapping, a loopback assembly for the scattered materials which integrated the material bundle delivery, package wrapping and material loopback were designed. In the paper, the structure principle and design idea of 9YYB12 type integrative machine for bundling and package wrapping machine were introduced briefly and the parametric modeling of the chassis had been done with the help of the 3d software of SolidWorks. Besides, the design, calculation and modeling analysis of loopback assembly for the scattered materials had been completed emphasically, and the test verification of the loopback assembly for the scattered materials had been completed, which would lay a foundation for optimization design of the machine and the chassis.
