| 摘 要： | 精细化职业指导是学校就业工作的重要环节,也是大学生职业指导工作发展的必然选择.精细化职业指导在帮助大学生重视职业生涯规划、找准职业定位、提升就业能力、提高就业质量方面发挥了重要作用.如何针对大学生这个群体卓有成效地开展精细化职业指导工作,是高校应该思考的问题,也是每位职业指导老师必须认真做好的一件事情.

| Abstract: | Intensive occupation guidance is an important link in the students＇ employment management and also an optimized way-out for the improvement of occupation guidance for college students. Intensive occupation guidance plays an important role in students~ occupation career planning, self-locating their suitable occupational positions, improving job-hunting and job-doing abilities, and, in the last analysis, upgrading the quality of employment. College administration as well as every practitioner in the field should think about the problem of how to develop a very fruitful occupation guidance for students. |
