| 摘 要： | 为探索东北铁线莲最佳采收时期,采用HPLC法测定可用于东北铁线莲药材质量控制的三萜苷元齐墩果酸的含量。以此为指标,确定东北铁线莲最佳采收年度为生长第3～4年,最佳采收时期为8月下旬至9月中旬。 |
