摘    要:目的]探究温度和pH值对白灵菇菌丝体生长的影响。方法]设置不同pH值(4.5、5.0、5.56、.0、6.5、7.0、7.5、8.0)的培养基,并将相同pH值的培养基分成6组,分别置于温度(以2.5℃为梯度)为17.5、20.02、2.52、5.0、27.5、30.0℃的恒温箱中培养,同一温度设5次重复。待菌丝恢复生长后,用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,每隔24 h测量1次,连续测3次,计算菌丝日平均生长速率。结果]供试菌株在17.5~30℃范围内菌丝均可生长,最适生长温度为25.0℃;菌丝在培养基pH值4.5~8.0范围内均可生长,最适生长pH值为6.5。结论]该研究为白灵菇栽培和菌丝体加工提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to explore the influences of temperature and pH value on the growth of P.nebrodensis mycelium.Method] The media with different pH values(4.5,5.0,5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0,7.5 and 8.0) were set up,and the media with the same pH value was divided into 6 groups and respectively cultured in thermostat at 17.5,20.0,22.5,25.0,27.5 and 30.0 ℃ (with 2.5 ℃ as grads) and 5 repeats were set up at each temperature.After the hypha resumed growth,the colony diameter was measured by decussation method,for once every 24 h and for 3 times continuously,and the daily average growth rate of hypha was calculated.Result] The tested strain could grow in 17.5~30 ℃ with optimum growth temperature being 25.0 ℃.It could grow on the media with pH values in 4.5~8.0 and the pH value of 6.5 was optimum for its growth.Conclusion] The research supply reference for the cultivation and mycelium process of P.nebrodensis.
