Research Situation and Prospect Forecast for Deep Processing of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus |

| Abstract: | Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is a characteristic breed in China fishery, its cultivation is continuously expanding at present but its processing is urgently awaiting reinforcement. Research situation for deep processing of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was summed up in this paper, which included its analysis of nutrient ingredient, its research of active substances, its exploitation of convenient food and so on. The situation in the development of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus industry was analyzed also while the development trend and the prospect forecast for deep processing of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were discussed in order to provide reference for deep processing of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus. |
