制备3种基本组成相同、添加不同类型鱼油的微粒饲料。将3种微粒饲料分别投喂真鲷(Pagrus major)仔鱼,探讨了微粒饲料中鱼油n—3HUFA的不同分子结构对真鲷仔、稚鱼生长、存活的影响。25d的养殖试验结果表明,虽然饲料2中n-3HUFA的含量高于饲料1中n—3HUFA的含量,饲料3中n—3HUFA的含量同饲料1中n—3HUFA的含量相等,但是用饲料1投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼的全长、成活率要优于分别用饲料2和饲料3投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼的全长、成活率。而且,用饲料1投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼体内n-3HUFA和DHA的含量高于用饲料2和饲料3投喂的真鲷仔、稚鱼体内n—3HUFA和DHA的含量,这说明真鲷仔、稚鱼对天然鱼油的消化、吸收要优于对乙酯化鱼油的消化、吸收。  相似文献

The development of neutral lipase and phospholipase activities was studied in larval turbot fed live prey. Activities of neutral lipase and phospholipase (activity larva−1) increased significantly between days 6 and 24 after hatching in turbot larvae. The specific activities of both enzymes (activity μg protein−1) decreased in older larvae. Feeding of a microdiet for 3 days (days 10–13) affected the lipolytic activity of neutral lipase and phospholipase negatively, compared to the larvae fed on rotifers. Since neutral lipase activities in whole larval homogenates and in the gut were significantly lower, it suggests a reduced synthesis rate and a reduced secretion of the enzyme in larvae fed the microdiet. A correlation between neutral lipase and phospholipase activities was found in larvae fed rotifers, but not in larvae fed the microdiet. This may indicate different regulating and stimulating mechanisms for these enzymes. The contribution of exogenous enzymes from ingested live prey to the total larval enzyme activity was about 6% for neutral lipase and 10% for phospholipase on day 6. The exogenous prey enzymes accounted for only 2% of the total activities in 12-day-old turbot larvae, suggesting that enzymes from prey did not contribute considerably to the digestion of lipids. 在鲟鱼苗种培育转食阶段,多采用先喂活饵,再逐渐驯食投喂人工配合饲料的方法进行转食.利用地下河水进行杂交鲟鱼苗种流水养殖,直接采用微粒饲料进行鲟鱼苗开口,苗种成活率为74.0%,饵料系数为1.31,平均单产为23.64 kg/m2,投入产出比1:2.12,养殖成本为17.9元/kg,取得较好养殖效果,证明利用微粒饲料直接开口饲养是可行的.  相似文献
