A modified synthetic method for phenolic-O-4 lignin substructure model dimers was developed involving protection of the phenolic hydroxyl group of acetophenons with benzoyl chloride, bromination with 4-dimethylaminopyridiniumbromide perbromide, condensation with phenols in the presence of 18-crown-6-ether, condensation with paraformaldehyde, reduction with NaBH4 and debenzoylation. This method results in shorter reaction times and increasing yields without the application of strict anhydrous and drastic conditions or chloric solvents. This alternative route could be applied to the-O-4 dilignol syntheses of four combinations of guaiacyl and syringyl derivatives.  相似文献

The standardized ASCE Penman–Monteith and FAO-56 equations were used to estimate reference evapotranspiration (ET0) using estimated and measured net radiation (Rn) and soil heat flux (G), based on hourly and daily meteorological data. The estimates were evaluated against lysimeter measurements. The results indicate that using measured or estimated values of Rn and G can have significant effect on the accuracy of the ET0 estimations, especially when calculations were made on an hourly basis. The FAO-56 version performed very well during the irrigation season on a daily basis. The use of measured Rn and G did not improve ET0 estimation on a daily basis, therefore, the use of estimated Rn and G appears to be dependable when calculations are based on 24-h weather data. When daily ET0 was calculated from hourly estimations, the results were different depending on the version used. The ASCE version was more accurate, especially when Rn and G were measured. Therefore, measurement of Rn and G may have potential to improve estimation only when daily ET0 is calculated from hourly estimations. The PM FAO-56 version was always a little less accurate than the ASCE version. For hourly calculations, using a constant surface resistance (as in FAO-56 version), the PM method underpredicted for high evaporative demand and vice versa. The ASCE version performed better than PM FAO-56 version when Rn and G were measured and estimated. Therefore, ASCE version tended to provide quite accurate values of hourly ET0, even using estimated values of Rn and G. As conclusion, the methods proposed by FAO-56 for estimating Rn and G tended to produce accurate estimates for daily and hourly ET0 under semiarid conditions and can be used with some degree of confidence for estimating ET0. In addition, results suggest that the ASCE standardized equation on an hourly basis improved the accuracy of ET0 estimation with respect to the FAO-56 version.  相似文献

根据FAO-56作物需水量指南推荐的作物系数计算方法,分别计算内蒙古河套灌区磴口试验站小麦、玉米(覆膜与未覆膜)、油料向日葵3种作物的单、双值作物系数。结果表明,磴口试验站单值作物系数较双值作物系数值计算的ET值偏低,双值作物系数计算的ET值与实测结果更为接近,验证了双值作物系数在河套灌区的适用性。  相似文献

Based on successive observation, fifteen-day evapotranspiration (ETc) of Populus euphratica Oliv forest, in the extreme arid region northwest China, was estimated by application of Bowen ratio-energy balance method (BREB) during the growing season in 2005. During the growing season in 2005, total ETc was 446.96 mm. From the beginning of growing season, the ETc increased gradually, and reached its maximum value of 6.724 mm d−1 in the last fifteen days of June. Hereafter the ETc dropped rapidly, and reached its minimum value of 1.215 mm d−1 at the end of growing season. The variation pattern of crop coefficient (Kc) was similar to that of ETc. From the beginning of growing season, the Kc value increased rapidly, and reached its maximum value of 0.623 in the last fifteen days of June. Afterward, with slowing growth of P. euphratica, the value dropped rapidly to the end of growing season. According to this study, the ETc of P. euphratica forest is affected not only by meteorological factors, but by water content in soil.  相似文献

大豆(Glycine max (L.) Merr.)GmFTL3和GmFTL5基因具有很高的序列相似性,均参与大豆开花调节,但表达模式并不相同,本研究以启动子为突破口,分析这两个基因之间的表达差异。从大豆品种天隆1号中克隆GmFTL3和GmFTL5的启动子,构建载体pGmFTL3pro::GUS和pGmFTL5pro::GUS,转化拟南芥进行GUS染色分析。结果显示:无论长日条件还是短日条件,苗期和花器官中GmFTL3启动子均不驱动GUS基因在拟南芥中表达,而GmFTL5启动子则驱动GUS基因在拟南芥中表达,且在苗期的不同阶段呈现组织表达特异性。在花器官中,GmFTL5启动子驱动GUS基因主要在花萼、花瓣、花药和花粉粒中表达。实时定量结果显示,在大豆中,GmFTL3和GmFTL5基因均有表达。综上所述,大豆GmFTL3启动子在大豆中有活性但在拟南芥中无活性;GmFTL5启动子在大豆和拟南芥中均有活性,但表达可能存在差异; GmFTL5启动子在花器官中表达可能暗示GmFTL5基因与花器官发育有关。  相似文献

nsdA (Negative regulator of Streptomyces differentiation)基因是天蓝色链霉菌中发现的与抗生素合成相关的负调控基因.根据天蓝色链霉菌 A3(2)的序列设计引物扩增玫瑰黄链霉菌 Men-myco-93-63 菌株中的该基因,经测序和序列分析表明,由保守序列引物nsdA-2R和nsdA-2L克隆到的Men-myco-93-63 菌株中的该基因 800 bp片段与已知nsdA基因核苷酸保守区域序列同源性达到99%,由全长序列扩增引物nsdA WZ-R和nsdA WZ-L克隆到的该基因包含一个完整的开放阅读框,共编码 369 个氨基酸,与变铅青链霉菌和天蓝色链霉菌A3(2)中的nsdA 基因的核苷酸序列同源性达到100%,氨基酸序列同源性达到99%.该全长基因命名为nsdA_(mgh),其在玫瑰黄链霉菌 Men-myco-93-63 中的发现为阻断该负调控基因以期获得抗生素高产工程菌株提供了重要依据.  相似文献

 2007~2008年,以云南省建水县酸石榴园为基地,采用Malaise网诱捕器对园内昆虫群落结构进行了调查,根据节肢动物群落中物种的营养和取食关系将总群落划分为天敌亚群落、害虫亚群落、中性昆虫亚群落,利用群落多样性指标对石榴不同生育期昆虫群落结构及其动态进行了分析比较。结果表明,从2007年5月~2008年9月,共诱捕获得昆虫纲12目75科375种1708头。物种丰富度、多样性指数和均匀度分别为5025,508,086。其中寄生性天敌有79种300头,捕食性天敌有46种162头,害虫有193种959头,中性昆虫有57种287头。害虫亚群落、天敌亚群落和中性昆虫亚群落物种丰富度分别为2796,2021,989,多样性指数分别为423,436,326。天敌昆虫群落与害虫群落及中性昆虫群落相对多度呈互补关系  相似文献

Castor and maize are the most commonly cultivated crops in the Rajendranagar region of Andhra Pradesh, India. The study aims to develop a crop coefficient (Kc) models for these crops, using Lysimeter measured daily crop evapotranspiration (ETc) data and daily reference evapotranspiration (ET0) computed using FAO-56 Penman-Monteith (PM) method. Kc values obtained using relationship Kc = ETc/ET0, crop coefficient curves were derived as a function of days after sowing and polynomial model was fitted. The performances of the models were tested using performance indicators. The models performed well for both the crops. These models can, therefore, be used for estimating Kc values of castor and maize crops for any day after sowing in the study region.  相似文献

In this paper, we study urban migrants' sense of place in Guangzhou, China, focusing on the structural relations between place attachment, identification and dependence as the three key place dimensions. Through both quantitative structural equation modelling and qualitative analysis of in‐depth interviews data, our research suggests that migrants' sense of place demonstrates complex relationships between the three registers of emotional attachment, identity formation and functional dependence. The construction of sense of place is also related to the personal experiences of living as urban ‘outsiders’. Our research also reveals a striking difference between the city and community levels in terms of the ways in which migrants' sense of place is constructed. Urban migrants tend to exploit the functional utilities of microscopic urban spaces to meet their demands for recreation, education and socialisation. On the other hand, their sense of place to the city is largely compromised by their attachment to the hometown and conditioned by their personal identification to the city.  相似文献
