论信阳民间艺术的传承与保护及旅游开发模式

本文在对信阳民间艺术文化资源梳理的基础上,探讨了目前信阳民间艺术文化传承与保护中存在的问题,进而提出相关对策。     

坛紫菜自由丝状体对无机碳的利用

Free-living Porphyra haitanensis conchocelis was cultured under continual light,then it was treated with Van,DIDS and SITS,the inhibitors of inorganic carbon utilization,to study the mechanism of inorganic carbon utilization in the conchocelis.The results indicate that Van inhibits the utilization of inorganic carbon most,with a rate of 71.3%,and the rates of DIDS and SITS are relatively lower,42% and 35.5% respectively.The inhibition rate of Az is 25.3%,which indicates the external CA is not an important part of its inorganic carbon uptake.A complementary conclusion is that the main part of inorganic carbon absorption in P.haitanensis conchocelis is through active transport of HCO3^- and CO2.     

论刘辰翁对稼轩范型的总结、继承与发展

辛弃疾是南宋词人中的大家 ,其词作对后世影响深远 ,业已成为一种文学范型 ,而宋元之际的刘辰翁对这种范型归纳得最为详尽具体 ,共有四个方面 :1)以诗文为词 ;2 )用经用史 ;3)牵雅颂 ;4)入郑卫。而这四个特点也始终贯彻在辰翁自己的词作中 ,并为其所发展 ,形成了独具面目的须溪风格     

论周紫芝的《竹坡词》

周紫芝是在失意与困窘中度过一生的 ,其《竹坡词》中描绘的空寂与朦胧的境界 ,正是这种生活感受的艺术体现。同时 ,其词兼具清婉沉郁的风格 ,这种风格的作品往往写得物我相比 ,情景兼融。另外 ,周紫芝词的语言成就体现在其曲雅俚俗的语言运用上。     

Response of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) to mulching practices under planted greenhouse condition

Mulch is considered a desirable management technology for conserving soil moisture, improving soil temperature and soil quality. This study aimed to investigate soil conditions and hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) performance in terms of leaf photosynthetic capacity, fruit yield and quality, and irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE) under such practices in greenhouse condition. A field experiment across 3 years was carried out with four types of mulch (without mulch [CK], wheat straw mulch [SM], plastic film mulch [FM], and combined mulch with plastic film and wheat straw [CM]). Mulch could improve soil physical properties regardless of mulch materials. FM and CM treatments improved soil moistures status and soil temperature in comparison to CK control, while SM increased soil water content and decreased soil temperature. Mulch increased leaf net photosynthesis rate (P_N), stomatal conductance to water vapor (gs), intercellular CO₂ concentration (Ci), and transpiration rate (E), but declined instant water use efficiency (WUEi). No significant effect of mulch application on chlorophyll fluorescence was existent for the entire growth season. Fruit yield and irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE) showed some increment under all the mulch conditions. Compared to CK, the yield was enhanced by 82.3%, 65.0%, and 111.5% in 2008; 38.1%, 17.4%, and 46.5% in 2009; and 14.3%, 6.5%, and 19.6% in 2010 under SM, FM, and CM conditions, respectively. Although FM produced better fruit quality than other treatments, CM is the recommended practice for hot pepper cultivation in greenhouse condition due to working well to facilitate soil condition (moisture and temperature), plant growth, and marketable yield.

论<周易>爻辞的表述结构及其解读方式

针对历史上<周易>研究者对爻辞理解的纷繁复杂甚至矛盾现象,第一次提出了<周易>爻辞的表述结构及其解读方式,井以此为例,分析了某些爻辞的正确含义,纠正了历代解释者的某些错误诠释,解决了如何正确解读<周易>爻辞的原则及其方法.     

黑樱桃与山樱桃幼苗光合作用的比较研究

用LI-6400便携式光合作用系统对美国黑樱桃、加拿大黑樱桃、中国山樱桃苗木的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等进行了比较测定,结果表明:(1)日平均净光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度均是中国山樱桃最大、美国黑樱桃居中、加拿大黑樱桃最小.3种苗木的净光合速率分别为6.381 μmol·m-2·s-1、5.550 μmol·m-2·s-1、4.952 μmol·m-2·s-1,气孔导度分别为0.200 mol·m-2·s-1、0.151 mol·m-2·s-1、0.134 mol·m-2·s-1,胞间CO2浓度分别为251.7 μmol·mol-1、234.7 μmol·mol-1、230.1 μmol·mol-1.(2)3种苗木的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度均有显著差异.(3)3种苗木净光合速率的日变化相似,都呈单峰曲线,但美国黑樱桃达到峰值的时间在上午10时,早于加拿大黑樱桃和中国山樱桃,后两者达到峰值的时间都在中午12时.胞间CO2浓度的日变化都是从早晨开始逐渐下降,到下午降低到最小值,然后又有所增加,所不同的是,美国黑樱桃苗木下降到最小值的时间较早,在14时,而中国山樱桃和加拿大黑樱桃则较迟,都在16时.气孔导度的日变化趋势相似.
