The effectiveness of the pheromone-based communication disruption method was examined against the summerfruit tortrix,Adoxophyes orana F.v.R. (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), a pest of peach trees, using the new RAK 3+4 dispenser (BASF). NoA. orana males were captured in pheromone traps inside the experimental orchards, which were saturated with the RAK 3+4 dispensers.
The percent of damaged leaves was practically zero, while the level of damaged fruits was 0–6% in pheromone-treated orchards.
The percentage of fruit rot caused byMonilinia laxa was lower in pheromone-based communication disruption orchards than in the control. It was concluded that the RAK 3+4 dispenser
could be used againstA. orana as an economical and environmentally friendly method. 相似文献

Peptidases have been implicated in the pathogenicity of fungi that cause disease in plants. Expression of the secreted aspartic peptidase gene (gcsap), of a Glomerella cingulata isolate pathogenic on apples, is induced during appressorium formation. To determine whether the secreted aspartic peptidase (GcSAP) is essential to pathogenicity, gcsap was disrupted using a vector containing a 637 bp fragment of genomic DNA that encodes the sequence spanning the two active site aspartic acid (Asp) residues. To ensure that the truncated gcsap gene products could not have residual peptidase activity the codons for the active site residues Asp112 and Asp297 were both mutated to histidine residues. Both PCR and Southern analysis confirmed disruption of gcsap. Neither gcsap mRNA nor GcSAP activity was detected in the disruption mutant. Pathogenicity tests on fruit from three apple cultivars showed that GcSAP was not required for pathogenicity. The disruption mutant grew on medium containing protein as the sole source of nitrogen because G. cingulata secretes a previously undetected peptidase(s). A serine peptidase that had a pH optimum between pH 7.0 and 8.0 and a K

NPFFR1基因对鹅卵泡颗粒细胞激素分泌和细胞凋亡的影响研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
神经相关肽受体(RFamide-related peptide receptor,NPFFR1)是促性腺激素抑制激素的主要亲和受体,它在调控动物繁殖方面起着重要作用。为了解NPFFR1对鹅卵巢卵泡发育的作用,本研究以42周龄健康产蛋四川白鹅为试验材料(n=9),利用RT-qPCR法检测NPFFR1基因在等级前和等级卵泡颗粒细胞中的mRNA表达规律;在颗粒细胞中过表达NPFFR1基因,酶联免疫吸附法检测颗粒细胞上清液(n=9)中雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P4)和抗缪勒管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)的浓度变化,剩余贴壁细胞作一步法TUNEL检测细胞凋亡情况;转录组测序方法筛选大黄卵泡(8~10 mm)颗粒细胞过表达NPFFR1前后表达差异显著基因,并对差异表达基因进行功能聚类分析。结果显示,除F1等级外,其余等级卵泡颗粒细胞NPFFR1表达量均极显著高于等级前卵泡(P<0.01);过表达NPFFR1后,等级颗粒细胞上清液中的E2和等级前颗粒细胞上清液AMH的含量显著(P<0.05)降低,但孕酮P4含量变化不显著(P>0.05);转录组测序共筛选到267个差异表达基因(119个下调,148个上调),这些基因主要富集在生物节律过程、繁殖进程等生物学过程中;同时,与对照组相比,差异基因AMH显著下调表达(P<0.05),Clock(clock circadian regulator)、FOS(proto-oncogene,AP-1 trans-cription factor subunit)、Per(period circadian regulator)和ANTXR2(cell adhesion molecule 2)分别极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)上调表达。上述试验结果提示,NPFFR1可从激素、细胞凋亡和生物节律等多个环节影响卵泡颗粒细胞,参与调控卵泡的时序等级发育。 相似文献

【目的】 试验旨在揭示北京地区荷斯坦泌乳牛鼓膜温度的群体特征及其随昼夜和环境温湿度指数(temperature-humidity index,THI)的变化规律,探究中度热应激下泌乳牛鼓膜温度的影响因素及其与直肠温度的关系。【方法】 2021年8月对北京地区某规模化牧场638头荷斯坦泌乳牛的鼓膜温度、直肠温度及环境温湿度进行测定,并对其进行描述性统计;对161头荷斯坦泌乳牛6 h鼓膜温度和直肠温度进行相关性分析;利用混合线性模型分析THI、测定时间、胎次、泌乳阶段和繁殖状态等因素对鼓膜温度和直肠温度的影响。【结果】 北京地区荷斯坦泌乳牛夏季鼓膜平均温度为(39.01±0.40)℃;测定时间内THI为76.11~83.18,此时泌乳牛处于中度热应激。泌乳牛鼓膜温度昼夜变化较大,昼夜节律表现为上午低、下午和傍晚均较高且在早晨和下午出现不正常峰值,鼓膜温度的变化滞后于THI变化。鼓膜温度与直肠温度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05,r=0.35),且两种体温均随着THI的升高而升高,回归系数分别为0.09(P<0.05,R2=0.09)和0.10(P<0.05,R2=0.08)。测定时间和胎次对泌乳牛鼓膜温度有显著影响(P<0.05),胎次和泌乳阶段对泌乳牛直肠温度有显著影响(P<0.05),且THI对两部位温度的回归均显著(P<0.05)。【结论】 本研究揭示了奶牛体温的节律变化和影响因素,鼓膜温度可有效反映奶牛实时体温,可为精细化管理牛群提供理论依据。 相似文献

We studied the effects of aggregates of different sizes on the soil microbial biomass. The distribution of aggregate size classes (<2, 2–4, 4–10, >10 mm) in the upper mineral soil horizon (Ah layer) was very different in three sites (upper, intermediate, lower) in a beechwood (Fagus sylvatica) on a basalt hill (Germany). Aggregates of different sizes (<2, 2–4, 4–10 mm) contained different amounts of C and N but the C:N ratios were similar. C and N contents were generally higher in smaller aggregates. The maximum initial respiratory response by microorganisms in intact aggregates and in aggregates passed through a 1-mm sieve declined with the aggregate size, but the difference was more pronounced in intact aggregates. Disruption of aggregates generally increased this response, particularly in 4- to 10-mm aggregates in the lower site. Basal respiration differed strongly among sites, but was similar in each of the aggregate size classes. Aggregate size did not significantly affect the specific respiration (g O2 g–1 microbial C h–1) nor the microbial: organic C ratio, but these parameters differed among sites. Microbial growth was increased strongly by passing the soil through a 1-mm sieve in each of the aggregate materials. The growth of microorganisms in disrupted aggregates was similar, and the effect of aggregate disruption depended on the growth of microorganisms in intact aggregates. 相似文献

【目的】研究迷向丝对果园食心虫的迷向效果。【方法】2018年在石河子垦区以桃单植园和苹果单植园为研究对象,利用梨小食心虫和苹果蠹蛾的混合迷向丝进行防治,并使用3种食心虫的性诱剂,诱捕调查石河子垦区果树食心虫的发生种类及其种群消长动态。【结果】桃园中果树食心虫的优势种群为梨小食心虫;苹果园优势种群为梨小食心虫和苹果蠹蛾,石河子垦区桃园和苹果园未悬挂迷向丝的对照区域虫口诱集数量均高于悬挂迷向丝的试验区域。【结论】石河子垦区桃园和苹果园利用悬挂迷向丝作为防治手段效果显著。 相似文献
