以川芎苓种为试材,采用随机区组设计并开展大田试验,研究了不同浓度黄腐酸叶面喷施对川芎农艺性状、产量、质量及重金属含量的影响,以期为黄腐酸在川芎上的合理施用提供参考依据.结果 表明:叶面喷施黄腐酸能够显著提升川芎分蘖数和冠幅;川芎在H2(1.0 kg·hm-2)和H3(1.5kg·hm-2)处理后产量较CK提升23.47%以上;H3处理(1.5 kg·hm-2)能增加川芎挥发油和浸出物含量,H1处理(0.5 kg·hm-2)、H2处理(1.0 kg·hm-2)对川芎水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、挥发油、有效成分等影响较小;川芎施用黄腐酸后对其铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)5种重金属含量影响较大,其中重金属镉(Cd)含量与黄腐酸施用浓度呈明显的正相关关系,在不同浓度的黄腐酸处理后镉(Cd)含量与CK相比皆高出16.67%以上.综上,叶面喷施黄腐酸对川芎产量及品质提升有促进作用,但增加了其重金属超标风险. 相似文献

目的:观察藏药六味能消胶囊的润肠通便作用.方法:采用正常、失水性便秘模型和地诺芬酯模型为研究对象,观察其对肠推进率以及在便秘模型基础上的第一次排黑便时间、排便粒数和粪便干重的影响.结果:经口给予小鼠不同剂量的六味能消胶囊,各剂量组均能显著提高正常小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率和地芬诺酯模型小鼠的排便粒数;1.8 g/kg剂量能显著缩短失水性便秘模型小鼠的排首粒黑便时间和增加排便的粒数及重量,0.9 g/kg剂量能缩短排首粒黑便时间.结论:六味能消胶囊具有润肠通便作用.Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Nengxiao capsules, a Tibetan traditional medicine,on loosening bowel and relieving constipation in mice. Method Using normal models and water-losing constipation models or diphenoxylate model, we observed alvine pushing rate in normal models and the time of first dark stools, the granule number and weight of stools in constipation models. Result By orally administrating different dosages, Liuwei Nengxiao capsules could increase alvine pushing rate of normal mice and the granule number and weight of stools in constipation groups, the dosage of 1.8 g/kg shortened the time of first dark stools and significantly increased granule number and weight. The dosage of 0. 9 g/kg shortened the time of first dark stools. Conclusion Liuwei Nengxiao capsules have the effect of loosening bowel to relieve constipation in mice. 相似文献

目的:建立六味能消胶囊中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的高效液相色谱法含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(58∶42);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长:194 nm.结果:土木香内酯、异土木香内酯均在0.30~1.50μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;r均为0.999 8;平均回收率分别为98.2%(RSD=1.67%,n=5)和97.7%(RSD=1.48%,n=5).结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为六味能消胶囊的质量控制方法.Abstract: Objective To establish the HPLC method for the determination of alantolactone and isoalantolactone in Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule. Method ODS column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) of Kromasil; the mobile phase containing a mixture of acetonitril -0.05% phosphoric acid solution (58 : 42); flow rate 1.0 mL·min~(-1); and the wavelength as 194 nm, were utilized for this study. Results Alantolactone and isoalantolactone showed good correlation in the ranges of 0. 30~1.5 μg (r=0. 999 8). The average recovery was 98.2% for alantolactone (RSD=1. 67%, n=5) and 97.7% for isoalantolactone (RSD=1. 48%, n=5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used to control the quality of Liuwei Nengxiao Capsule in its production. 相似文献
