The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract on performance, immune and antioxidant function and ruminal bacterial flora of cows with high somatic cell count (SCC) in milk. Ten transitional Holstein cows with similar body condition, lactation period, milk yield and milk SCC higher than 500 000 cells / mL were selected and divided into control group [milk SCC = (97.48±23.75) ten thousand cells / mL] and experimental group [milk SCC = (98. 78 ± 29. 92) ten thousand cells / mL] based on the principle of similar milk SCC, each group contained 5 cows, and cows in 2 groups were not treated with medication. The control group was fed a total mixed ration (TMR), and the experimental was fed the TMR+54 g / (d.head) compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group, the addition of compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract in the diet significantly decreased the SCC in milk at days 14 and 28 of cows with high SCC in milk (P<0.05), but had no significant effects on milk yield, milk composition and nutrient apparent digestibility (P>0.05) . 2) Compared with the control group, the addition of compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract in the diet significantly increased the contents of immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin M (IgM) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in serum of cows with high SCC in milk (P<0.05), and significantly decreased the serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) content (P<0.05) . 3) Compared with the control group, the addition of compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract in the diet significantly decreased the proportions of Actinobacteria, Succinivibrionaceae_UCG-001 and Ruminococcus_gauvreauii_group in rumen of cows with high SCC in milk (P < 0. 05), and significantly increased the rumen Prevotellaceae_UCG-001 proportion (P<0.05) . It is concluded that the addition of compound preparation of Chinese herbal extract in the diet can reduce the SCC in milk, increase the immune function, and improve the rumen bacterial flora composition of cows with high SCC in milk. © 2023 Authors. 【目的】探究蒲公英和连翘提取物对隐性乳房炎奶牛生产性能以及血清抗氧化、免疫指标的影响,以期为植物提取物绿色饲料添加剂的开发应用提供理论依据。【方法】试验选取18头体况、泌乳期、泌乳量相近,且4个乳区混合乳样中体细胞数(SCC)>5×105/mL的经产荷斯坦奶牛,根据乳样中SCC相近原则,分为对照组(CON组)、蒲公英组(DAN组)和连翘组(FOR组)。对照组饲喂全混合型饲粮(TMR),蒲公英组饲喂TMR+蒲公英提取物,连翘组饲喂TMR+连翘提取物,蒲公英和连翘提取物添加剂量均为60 g/d。试验开始前1周内,奶牛均未进行过药物治疗,试验期45 d。试验期间每7 d采集1次乳样,测定乳成分和SCC;试验结束后采集乳样并测定牛髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)活性;采集血液样品并测定血清抗氧化和免疫指标。【结果】与对照组相比,(1)饲粮中添加蒲公英和连翘提取物对隐性乳房炎奶牛产奶量和乳成分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)蒲公英和连翘组牛乳中LDH活性均显著降低(P<0.05);蒲公英组牛乳中N... 相似文献

【目的】研究内蒙古地区部分奶牛养殖场乳房炎生鲜乳样本及环境样本致病菌种类和耐药性,为乳房炎的防控提供临床用药指导和参考。【方法】采用平板划线法对内蒙古地区4个规模化养殖场468份(乳房炎生鲜乳样本199份,乳房炎奶牛饲养环境样本269份)样本进行细菌分离培养,采用形态学观察、革兰氏染色镜检以及16S rDNA测序对分离出的细菌进行鉴定,且对引发乳房炎的主要致病菌进行药敏性试验。【结果】高盐甘露醇培养基上呈现出小、白且偏黄色的菌落,经16S rDNA测序比对,与金黄色葡萄球菌高度相似的菌株共56株,分离率为11.97%;在伊红-美蓝培养基上呈现出黑紫色泛有金属光泽的菌落,经16S rDNA测序比对,与大肠杆菌高度相似的菌株共44株,分离率为9.40%。在199份生鲜乳样本中,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的分离率最高,分别为21.11%和17.09%;在269份环境样本中,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的分离率分别为5.20%和3.72%。药敏试验结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、磺胺异噁唑、氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸的耐药性相对较高,耐药率分别为90.63%、78.13%、75.00%、68.75%;对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、复方新诺明的敏感性较高。大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、磺胺异噁唑存在明显耐药性,耐药率分别为100%、94.29%、45.71%;对链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、多粘菌素E、美罗培南、阿莫西林/克拉维酸以及利福昔明表现出较高敏感性。【结论】内蒙古地区引发奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌;金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、磺胺异噁唑、氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸的耐药性相对较高;大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢噻吩、磺胺异噁唑存在明显的耐药性。 相似文献

在土地确权背景下,以洪洞县15个乡镇的220户农户入户调查结果为依据,运用Logistic模型对农村土地确权视角下影响农户土地流转意愿的因素等问题进行深入剖析。结果表明,农户受教育年限、家庭年收入、耕地面积、是否有必要签订合同认知、土地确权保护谁的利益认知、确权后土地公顷数变化是影响农户土地流转行为的主要因素,通过了模型显著性检验;而农户性别、劳动力数量、收入主要来源对农户土地流转意愿影响不大。 相似文献

[目的] 建立微波水解—氨基酸自动分析仪快速测定饲料中色氨酸含量的方法。[方法] 以奶牛全混合日粮饲料(TMR)为研究对象,通过单因素试验和正交试验筛选微波碱水解最佳条件,联合氨基酸自动分析仪LCAK06/Na(4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱分离及快速测定饲料中色氨酸含量。[结果] 水解温度是影响饲料色氨酸含量的最主要因素。微波碱水解测定饲料中色氨酸含量的最佳条件是:水解温度170 ℃、水解时间30 min、碱浓度5 mol/L,通过氨基酸自动分析仪测定TMR饲料色氨酸含量为0.14%。色氨酸在0.025~0.600 μmol/mL峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 7。定量限(LOQ)为0.05%,色氨酸回收率93%~104%,精密度RSD为3.58%。[结论] 该方法高效、准确,检测结果与国家标准《饲料中色氨酸的测定》(GB/T 15400—2018)中的常规碱水解法对比无显著差异,对于饲料中色氨酸含量测定具有参考价值。 相似文献
