为更加科学地开展小麦理论研究和提高育种成效,对‘鲁麦14’的构思设计与创制思路、突出特点和以‘鲁麦14’为亲本选育出的品种进行了系统分析。从2001年到2018年,中国科学院、中国农科院、中国农业大学和山东、江苏、河北、安徽、河南、山西、陕西、新疆、贵州、天津9省1市的89家科研单位和育种企业,以‘鲁麦14’为亲本直接育成品种39个、间接育成品种92个,这些品种通过9省2市166次审(认)定和36次国家审定。‘鲁麦14’作为新一代骨干亲本,为全国的小麦生产和育种工作做出了突出贡献。  相似文献

为了全面了解超高产小麦品种‘烟农999’的特征特性和为超高产品种的选育提供借鉴,本研究对‘烟农999’的育种目标、选育过程、特征特性以及选育策略进行了分析。结果表明:‘烟农999’产量表现突出,在小麦高产创建中实打12255.0 kg/hm2,创山东省小麦单产最高纪录和农业部专家实打验收全国冬小麦单产最高纪录;品质优良,在国家黄淮南片冬水组区域试验中连续2年达到国家强筋小麦标准;适应性广,先后通过山东和国家审定;田间综合抗性好。超高产品种的选育要加强种质创新和多种育种方法的应用,注意高穗粒重的选择,提高生物产量,注重产量与品质的协同提高。  相似文献

Univariate time-series analyses were conducted on stable carbon isotope ratios obtained from tree-ring cellulose. We looked for the presence and structure of autocorrelation. Significant autocorrelation violates the statistical independence assumption and biases hypothesis tests. Its presence would indicate the existence of lagged physiological effects that persist for longer than the current year. We analyzed data from 28 trees (60-85 years old; mean = 73 years) of western white pine (Pinus monticola Dougl.), ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa Laws.), and Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco var. glauca) growing in northern Idaho. Material was obtained by the stem analysis method from rings laid down in the upper portion of the crown throughout each tree's life. The sampling protocol minimized variation caused by changing light regimes within each tree. Autoregressive moving average (ARMA) models were used to describe the autocorrelation structure over time. Three time series were analyzed for each tree: the stable carbon isotope ratio (delta(13)C); discrimination (delta); and the difference between ambient and internal CO(2) concentrations (c(a) - c(i)). The effect of converting from ring cellulose to whole-leaf tissue did not affect the analysis because it was almost completely removed by the detrending that precedes time-series analysis. A simple linear or quadratic model adequately described the time trend. The residuals from the trend had a constant mean and variance, thus ensuring stationarity, a requirement for autocorrelation analysis. The trend over time for c(a) - c(i) was particularly strong (R(2) = 0.29-0.84). Autoregressive moving average analyses of the residuals from these trends indicated that two-thirds of the individual tree series contained significant autocorrelation, whereas the remaining third were random (white noise) over time. We were unable to distinguish between individuals with and without significant autocorrelation beforehand. Significant ARMA models were all of low order, with either first- or second-order (i.e., lagged 1 or 2 years, respectively) models performing well. A simple autoregressive (AR(1)), model was the most common. The most useful generalization was that the same ARMA model holds for each of the three series (delta(13)C, delta, c(a) - c(i)) for an individual tree, if the time trend has been properly removed for each series. The mean series for the two pine species were described by first-order ARMA models (1-year lags), whereas the Douglas-fir mean series were described by second-order models (2-year lags) with negligible first-order effects. Apparently, the process of constructing a mean time series for a species preserves an underlying signal related to delta(13)C while canceling some of the random individual tree variation. Furthermore, the best model for the overall mean series (e.g., for a species) cannot be inferred from a consensus of the individual tree model forms, nor can its parameters be estimated reliably from the mean of the individual tree parameters. Because two-thirds of the individual tree time series contained significant autocorrelation, the normal assumption of a random structure over time is unwarranted, even after accounting for the time trend. The residuals of an appropriate ARMA model satisfy the independence assumption, and can be used to make hypothesis tests.  相似文献

The application of detailed models of canopy photosynthesis rely on the estimation of attenuation of light in the canopy. This attenuation is readily estimated with the Lambert-Beer law when the canopy is homogeneous. In reality, forest canopies are far from homogeneous, and this has led to the use of detailed light extinction models that account for grouping of foliage between and within trees. Because such models require detailed parameterization and fine resolution inputs, they are impractical in larger-scale applications. Thus, there is interest in simplified models that can be readily parameterized. We developed two equations that can be used to estimate mean annual light interception by single unshaded trees and by stands of Poisson distributed trees. Interception by single trees is a function of crown surface area, the ratio of leaf area to crown surface area, the extinction coefficient in a homogeneous canopy--which can be determined separately--and one empirical parameter that depends on the mean solar angle. The summary model was tested against a detailed model of interception, and showed good agreement, although with slight bias. The results showed that crown surface area is a good summary variable for crown size and shape, because errors are independent of crown shape (ellipsoids, cones and height:width ratios). We also tested whether canopy photosynthesis is proportional to light interception across canopies differing in structure and leaf area index, and found that light-use efficiency is influenced by canopy structure. The model is useful in larger-scale applications because it can be parameterized with available data without the need for additional empirical parameters. It can also be used to study the effect of stand structure on mean annual light interception and productivity.  相似文献

A lupin seed γ-conglutin-enriched preparation was tested in a glucose overload trial with both murine models and adult healthy volunteers. The results with rats showed a dose-dependent significant decrease of blood glucose concentration, which confirmed previous findings obtained with the purified protein. Moreover, three test-product doses equivalent to 630, 315, and 157.5 mg γ-conglutin, orally administered 30 min before the carbohydrate supply, showed a relevant hypoglycemic effect in human trials. Insulin concentrations were not significantly affected. The general hematic parameters did not change at all.This is the first report on the glucose-lowering effect of lupin γ-conglutin in human subjects.  相似文献

Model validation is often realized as a test of how well model predictions match a set of independent observations. One would think that the burden of proof should rest with the model, to force it to show that it can make accurate predictions. Further, one would think that increasing the sample size ought to increase the model's ability to demonstrate its utility. Traditional statistical tools are inappropriate for this because they default to the case that the model and the data are no different, and their ability to detect differences increases with the sample size. These traditional tools are optimized to detect differences, rather than similarities. We present an alternative strategy for model validation that is based on regression and statistical tests of equivalence. Equivalence tests reverse the usual null hypothesis: they posit that the populations being compared are different and use the data to prove otherwise. In this sense, equivalence tests are lumping tests, whereas the traditional statistical tests are splitting tests. To date, model validation with equivalence tests has focused on comparisons of means. Our proposed test checks not only for similarity of means, but also for similarity between individual predictions and observations. The strategy is demonstrated using three case studies that differ in their modeling objectives, and for varied sample sizes. The proposed strategy provides a formal means of model validation that is superior to traditional statistical tests in each case.  相似文献

High midday temperatures can depress net photosynthesis. We investigated possible mechanisms underlying this phenomenon in leaves of Eperua grandiflora (Aubl.) Benth. saplings. This tropical tree establishes in small gaps in the rainforest canopy where direct sunlight can raise midday temperatures markedly. We simulated this microclimate in a growth chamber by varying air temperature between 28 and 38 degrees C at constant vapor pressure. A decrease in stomatal conductance in response to an increase in leaf-to-air vapor pressure difference (deltaW) caused by an increase in leaf temperature (Tleaf) was the principal reason for the decrease in net photosynthesis between 28 and 33 degrees C. Net photosynthesis decreased further between 33 and 38 degrees C. Direct effects on mesophyll functioning and indirect effects through deltaW were of similar magnitude in this temperature range. Mitochondrial respiration during photosynthesis was insensitive to Tleaf over the investigated temperature range; it thus did not contribute to midday depression of net photosynthesis. Internal conductance for CO2 diffusion in the leaf, estimated by combined gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence measurements, decreased slightly with increasing Tleaf. However, the decrease in photosynthetic rate with increasing Tleaf was larger and thus the difference in CO2 partial pressure between the substomatal cavity and chloroplast was smaller, leading to the conclusion that this factor was not causally involved in midday depression. Carboxylation capacity inferred from the CO2 response of photosynthesis increased between 28 and 33 degrees C, but remained unchanged between 33 and 38 degrees C. Increased oxygenation of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate relative to its carboxylation and the concomitant increase in photorespiration with increasing Tleaf were thus not compensated by an increase in carboxylation capacity over the higher temperature range. This was the principal reason for the negative effect of high midday temperatures on mesophyll functioning.  相似文献

利用10个小麦品种,对单茎库、源及其比值与产量的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明,库性状、源性状与子粒产量的相关性均未达到显著水平,小麦单茎库源比值与产量均呈正相关趋势。穗粒数/旗叶面积、穗粒重/旗叶面积与产量的表型和遗传正相关均达到极显著水平,对各产量构成因素均无明显不利影响,可作为小麦高产育种的重要筛选指标。  相似文献
