小鹅瘟PCR诊断方法的建立和初步应用

根据发表的鹅细小病毒B株VP3基因序列 ,设计合成了 1对寡聚核苷酸引物。以国内分离的小鹅瘟病毒为摸板 ,筛选了 (PCR)最佳反应条件 ,并进行了敏感性、特异性和初步应用试验。结果表明 ,在 4 0 μL体积中 ,PCR最佳系统组成为 2uTaq酶、0 5mol/LdNTP和 2 0 pmol引物 ;最佳反应参数为 96℃变性 4 0s ,5 4℃退火 1min ,72℃延伸 1min ,30个循环。本方法可检出 2 5× 10 -1 5EID50 小鹅瘟病毒 ,并且仅能从小鹅瘟病毒的鹅胚培养物中扩增出与设计值大小相同的 375bp核苷酸片断 ,对照病毒扩增结果为阴性。通过对 6份临床病料的检查 ,2份呈阳性 ,其中 1份来自有典型小鹅瘟症状的雏鹅 ,1份来自无典型小鹅瘟症状的雏鹅。由此说明 ,本试验所建立的诊断小鹅瘟的PCR方法具有潜在的临床应用价值     

阿魏蘑与杏鲍菇高产优质栽培模式研究

试验证明，阿魏蘑和杏鲍菇最佳栽培模式为菌棒半脱袋竖向畦栽半覆土栽培模式；最适环境条件为菇房温度13～20℃，空气相对湿度85％～95％；最佳栽培设施为半地下冬暖式塑料大棚。     

Inspiration to Reuse of Old Industry Building with SOHO

This paper analyzes the SOHO and the reuse of old industry building, and deeply explores the creation and application of SOHO mode in the reuse of old industry building, furthermore, it points out the four inspirations to the reuse of old industry building, at the end, a general judgment of the development logic of SOHO is given.     

Parsimonious Covering Probability Model for Turbogenerator Vibration Faulty Diagnosis

The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. This paper introduces a diagnosing model based on parsimonious covering theory and probability. A model for turtogenerator's fault diagnosis is proposed. The availability of this method is proved by two fault diagnosis examples of turbogenerator. The results show that the model proposed can be used for multi_fault diagnosis together. It may make up shortage for some of expert systems and neural networks in some aspect. From the practice,this model has higher reliability and practicability.     

Dark Interfere Fringes on Copying Hologram with White Light

The dark interfere fringes appearing on a copying hologram with white light are discussed. Which are caused by the minute distance between the original hologram and the coping holographic plate during the coping process. Two wave fronts of the virtue image and the real image are reconstructed from the original hologram and recorded on the coping holographic plate during the coping process. If the two holographic plates have a minute distance, there are two virtue images wave fronts are reconstructed from the coping hologram. These two virtual images wave front are the same but have a little spatial shift. The two shifted wave front will interfere and produce dark fringes on the hologram even with white light to illuminate the hologram. The methods to eliminate the dark interfere fringes also discussed.     

基于虚拟仪器的湿增压实验台测控系统研究

本文以湿增压动力装置实验台为物理模型，为进行相关实验完成了速度、流量、扭矩等重要参数的测量，并以N16221硬件为基础，基于虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW研制了实验台的测试软件。新设计的测试系统是基于虚拟仪器平台的模块化系统，使得研究人员的大部分精力集中于所要实现的功能上，而不是以往繁琐的算法和重复的编程上，参数易于修改，缩短了系统开发的周期，能满足实验需求。     

2—氯对苯醌合成新工艺的研究

以邻氯苯胺为原料，重铬酸钠为氧化剂合成２－氯对苯醌，进一步探索了反应机理，优选了反应工艺条件，产品得率达到６８．７％；同时对废液的回收利用提出了技术、经济上可行的办法。     

蓝狐精子受精能力的研究——体外常温保存精子存活率的检测

本试验对３０ 只进口芬兰大体型种公狐的１１２ 份精液于１９９８ 和１９９９ 年度的两个繁殖季节进行了精子存活率的检测。结果表明：进口的芬兰大体型种公狐人工授精的可利用率为８３－４ ％ ；精子的平均总存活时间分别为Ａ 组２６－０ ｈ ，Ｂ 组２１－７ ｈ，Ｃ 组５ ｈ ；精子的平均生存指数为Ａ 组１６－６ ，Ｂ 组１０－８ ，Ｃ 组０－８ 。     

气封闭情况下的非饱和土实用强度试验研究

考虑吸力的非饱和土研究较为精确，但吸力量测起来比较困难。以饱和度作为参数的非饱和土实用化研究更有利于工程的实际应用。根据非饱和土的分类，用饱和度作参数法对不同类型的非饱和土分别进行研究，将提高饱和度方法的精确性。本文针对气封闭情况下的非饱和土，对两种不同类型的土进行不固结不排水剪切试验，发现不同的土样表现出了相同的性质，即粘聚力和内摩擦角随饱和度的变化并没有呈现出相应的规律性，它们的变化主要是由于土的结构性所引起的，并从细观的角度进行分析，验证了试验结果。     

TCP/IP协议脆弱性分析

TCP/IP协议是网络发展的一个基础，但是该协议确存在着致命的弱点，盲目的使用与该协议相关的服务或应用会给网络安全带来隐患，认识到TCP/IP协议的脆弱性进对我们加强网络管理和采用安全技术手段具有指导性作用。
