脂肪酸甲酯的制备和生产技术多种多样,常用酯交换方法具有醇酸摩尔比大,反应时间长的缺点.在管式固定床的反应器中,采用自制的同体催化剂,油酸甲酯通过直接酯化方法制得,生产工艺简单.油酸与甲醇在加压的条件下,酯化工艺条件经优化得到其最佳反应条件为:反应温度为100℃,压力0.35 MPa,反应停留时间2.5 h,醇酸摩尔比2:1.在此条件下,经单段反应的转化率可达到93.10%,与传统酯化方法相比,该工艺具有甲醇用量显著降低,无三废产生,可实现连续化生产等优点.反应时间的缩短也降低了能耗.对油酸甲酯的酯化反应进行动力学研究,依据数据采用最小二乘法线性回归模拟酯化反应的宏观动力学方程,结果表明:油酸酯化反应为准二级反应. 相似文献

Dielectric properties in three main directions for hinoki wood (Chamaecyparis obtusa) specimens conditioned at various levels of relative humidity were measured in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 10 MHz over
the temperature range from −150°C to 20°C. Three relaxations were observed in the specimens conditioned at high levels of
relative humidity. The relaxation in the highest frequency range was ascribed to the motions of adsorbed water molecules.
The relaxation in the middle frequency range remained unchanged by the ethanol–benzene extraction of specimens. The relaxation
location was independent of measuring directions. The relaxation in the lowest frequency range was not detected in the specimens
impregnated with methyl methacrylate (MMA). This result suggested that the relaxation was due to electrode polarization. The
Cole-Cole circular arc law applied well to two relaxations recognized in the specimens impregnated with MMA. The relaxation
magnitude in the middle frequency range was extremely large, and the distribution of relaxation times was very narrow. These
characteristics suggested relaxation of the Maxwell-Wagner type resulting from the interfacial polarization in the heterogeneous

A series of novel 4-O-alkoxytrityl chlorides (1) with different chain lengths was synthesized as a novel reagent for obtaining 6-O-alkylated cellulose with high regioselectivity via trityl groups in one reaction step without the use of any protective groups. These chlorides were reacted with methyl -d-glucoside, which was used as a model compound, to examine the reactivities toward the primary hydroxyl groups of cellulose to afford a series of 6-O-alkylated methyl -d-glucosides in high yields. The product compounds were found to have interesting solubilities and thermal properties. Thus, newly prepared trityl chloride derivatives were found to be useful regioselective derivatization reagents on the primary hydroxyl group in carbohydrates, especially in cellulose. 相似文献

The synthetic 1-oxo-indanoyl-l-isoleucine methyl ester (Ind-Ile-Me) represents a highly active mimic of octadecanoic phytohormones, which are involved in plant defenses against pathogens and pests. Seed treatments and foliar spray with Ind-Ile-Me were tested for induced resistance against downy mildew disease caused by the phytopathogenic oomycete Sclerospora graminicola in pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) under greenhouse and field conditions. Under greenhouse conditions, a 50% protection level was achieved after seed treatment. Seed treatment in combination with foliar spray resulted in 60% protection. The induction of resistance was correlated with the enhanced activities of defense-related proteins such as phenylalanine-ammonia-lyase, peroxidase, and enhanced level of hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins. Under field conditions, a maximum protection of 62% was recorded upon seed treatment along with foliar spray. Hence, it infers that Ind-Ile-Me can be used as a valuable protection compound at least in downy mildew disease management. 相似文献

虫害问题一直以来都是影响干腌火腿品质的重要因素,火腿发酵阶段是虫害发生高峰期,其中腐食酪螨和酪蝇对其危害程度最为严重。为了为今后实际生产中干腌火腿的综合防治提供一些参考依据,通过分析、总结国内外干腌火腿虫害防治方法的相关研究进展,概述了化学防治法、物理防治法、生物防治法的杀虫效果及优缺点,以及各方法在实际生产应用中需要注意的问题。分析表明溴甲烷替代品熏蒸法、在火腿表面使用丙二醇涂膜剂以及植物源性杀虫剂是较为理想的防治方法,并对其进行了展望。 相似文献

Oxidation of methane in the rhizosphere of rice plants 总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14
Oxidation of CH4 in the rhizosphere of rice plants was quantified using (1) methyl fluoride, a specific inhibitor of CH4 oxidation, and (2) measuring changes in plant-mediated CH4 emission after incubation under air, N2, or 40% O2. No significant rhizospheric CH4 oxidation was observed from rice plants in the ripening stage. CH4 emission from rice plants 1 week before panicle initiation increased by 40% if CH4 oxidation in the rhizosphere was blocked. The growth stage of the rice plant is an important factor determining the rhizospheric CH4 oxidation. Fluctuation of rhizospheric CH4 oxidation during the growing season may help to explain the observed seasonal CH4 emission patterns in field studies. Measurements from four rice varieties showed that one variety, Pokkali, had higher rhizospheric CH4 oxidation. This was probably because Pokkali was in an earlier growth stage than the other three varieties. Both in the early and in the late growth stages, incubation under N2 caused a much stronger CH4 flux than inhibition of CH4 oxidation alone. Apparently, N2 incubation not only blocked CH4 oxidation but also stimulated methanogenesis in the rhizosphere. Incubation under a higher O2 atmosphere (40% O2) than ambient air decreased the CH4 flux, suggesting that increasing the oxidation of the rice rhizosphere may help in reducing CH4 fluxes from rice agriculture. The O2 pressure in the rhizosphere is an important factor that reduces the plant-mediated CH4 flux. However, inhibition of methanogenesis in the rhizosphere may contribute more to CH4 flux reduction than rhizospheric CH4 oxidation. 相似文献

有机P农药是我国最重要一种农药类型,在农业生产上使用广泛。采用室内模拟方法,研究了甲基对硫磷对红壤地区不同类群土壤微生物数量的影响。研究结果表明,甲基对硫磷对土壤微生物数量的影响随甲基对硫磷添加的浓度、微生物类群和培养时间的不同而变化。添加100 mg/L和500 mg/L浓度甲基对硫磷能明显增加土壤细菌的数量,细菌数量的最大值出现在第10天左右;低浓度甲基对硫磷对土壤微生物数量影响不大。平板混合菌体培养实验证明,甲基对硫磷通过抑制或者杀灭某些种类土壤细菌,从而大大促进土壤生态系统中部分种类细菌数量的增殖。 相似文献
