试验旨在研究芽孢杆菌微生态制剂对京红1号蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选择健康、体况良好的404日龄京红1号蛋鸡960只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+益倍佳(凝结芽孢杆菌),试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+赐尔健(纳豆芽孢杆菌),试验Ⅲ组饲喂添加地衣芽孢杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌(1∶1)混合制剂的日粮,试验组微生态制剂的添加量均为300 mg/kg。试验期25 d,其中预饲期5 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡产蛋率均显著提高(P<0.05),破、软蛋率均显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅱ组鸡蛋平均蛋重显著提高了2.25%(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的蛋黄相对重、蛋壳相对重、哈氏单位均无显著影响(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组蛋壳颜色为1~3级的鸡蛋比例明显增多,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加微生态制剂赐尔健(纳豆芽孢杆菌)可显著提高京红1号产蛋率和平均蛋重,显著降低料蛋比和破、软蛋率;添加枯草芽孢杆菌+地衣芽孢杆菌(1∶1)混合制剂可使蛋壳颜色加深的鸡蛋比例显著增多。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus amylolyticus on rumen dry matter digestibility, fermentation parameters and metabolites of dairy cows. Experiment 1: six dairy cows with permanent fistula and had the similar parity (2 to 3 fetuses), body weight [(662 ±57) kg], lactation days [(160 ± 22) d] and milk yield [(36.1 ±3.8) kg / d], were randomly divided into 3 groups with 2 cows per group. Using 3 ×3 Latin square design, each group was extra fed 0 (control group), 5 ×109 and 5 ×1010 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus, the trial period was 3 periods, 13 days for each period, including 10 days for the pre-trial period and 3 days for the trial period. At the beginning of the trial period, the rumen dry matter digestibility of cows was measured by nylon bag method. Experiment 2: thirty dairy cows with similar parity [(2.5 ±0.3) fetuses], initial body weight [(559.2 ± 7. 4) kg], milk yield [(35. 2 ± 1. 5) kg / d] and lactation days [(99 ± 22) d] were randomly divided into three groups with 10 cows in each group. Cows in the 3 groups were extra fed with 0 (control group), 5 ×109 and 5 ×1010 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus, respectively. The pre-trial period was 10 days and the trial period was 42 days. The rumen fluid was collected on the last day of the trial period, and the rumen fermentation parameters and metabolites were determined. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, 1) supplementary feeding of 5 × 1010 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus could significantly improve the rumen dry matter digestibility of dairy cows at 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h (P <0.05), supplementary feeding of 5 ×109 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus could significantly improve the rumen dry matter digestibility of dairy cows at 36 and 48 h (P <0.05); 2) supplementary feeding of 5 ×109 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus could significantly increase the contents of isobutyric acid, butyric acid, isovaleric acid, valeric acid, total volatile fatty acid and microbial protein in the rumen of dairy cows (P < 0. 05), supplementary feeding of 5 × 1010 CFU / d Bacillus amylolyticus could significantly increase the contents of isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid in the rumen of dairy cows and significantly reduce the rumen acetic acid / propionic acid (P < 0. 05), supplementary feeding of 5 ×109 and 5 ×1010 Bacillus amylolyticus had no effects on rumen pH and ammonia nitrogen content (P >0.05); 3) eleven metabolic pathways related to differential metabolites were detected, and ascorbic acid and alginate metabolism were significantly enriched (P < 0. 05) . In conclusion, Bacillus amylolyticus can increase the rumen dry matter digestibility, and improve the rumen fermentation function of dairy cows by affecting the content of rumen metabolites. 采用国家相关的检验养殖用水标准方法、API 20E微生物生化试验、VITEK2全自动微生物鉴定系统,对养殖用水样品进行了大肠杆菌的检测方法比较和鉴定。VITEK2鉴定系统自动打印的实验报告和API 20E微生物生化试验的判读比对结果显示:3个参试样品分别为阴沟肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌和大肠埃希菌,VITEK2与API 20E两种方法的鉴定结果符合率100%。从实验可知,利用VITEK2全自动微生物鉴定系统,对被污染的养殖用水中细菌源的鉴定速度快,方法简便,结果准确、实用。此方法也可用于各种污染环境及食品污染源的  相似文献

为了保持和提高星光4号菌株的优良特性,在5~6龄的马尾松毛虫上进行连续接种传代试验。结果表明:不同虫体及不同传代数的分离物之间的毒力差异明显,其中第九代分离物较之原始菌株毒力提高了19.6%。因而,生产上的复壮所采用的菌株代数,必须经过严格的毒力测定后才能确定。该菌株与某些农药混合使用有增效作用,其中与溴氰菊酯混合使用经共毒系数分析,毒力增加了1.81倍。  相似文献

实验从山西太谷、运城采集的油菜中分离得到40株植物内生细菌,经过初步筛选得到具有生防潜力的菌株yc8,该菌株发酵产物对多种植物病原真菌有强烈的抑制作用,并对其发酵产物的特性进行了进一步的研究。结果表明:yc8在发酵培养20 h时,菌液的吸光值达最大值1.68,其蛋白质浓度也达到最大值0.478 mg/mL;在发酵培养48 h时,其发酵滤液对向日葵菌核病菌的抑菌率达到最大值,为83.0%。发酵液对热和紫外线具有较强的稳定性;在pH6~9的溶液里抑菌活性较稳定;在极酸极碱条件下抑菌活性丧失;对氯仿的稳定性较差。  相似文献

研究了枯草芽孢杆菌B1、B2的活菌液、代谢液对“黄河蜜”甜瓜采后黑斑病和粉霉病的抑制效果。离体条件下,B1、B2活菌液对黑斑病菌(A.alternata) 的抑制率分别达到100 %和94 %,而对粉霉病菌(T.roseum)的抑制率均达到100 %。离体条件下,B1、B2活菌液均能显著抑制“黄河蜜”甜瓜采后黑斑病和粉霉病的侵染和扩展。B1、B2代谢液显著抑制粉霉病的扩展,但对黑斑病的扩展无抑制效果。  相似文献

The production and partial characterization of bacteriocin‐like substances (BLSs) produced by bacteria isolated from cow manure compost were investigated. Eight BLS producers, which exhibited inhibitory activity against pathogenic bacteria, were isolated from cow manure compost at different stages of the composting process. The pile temperature ranged from 9.1°C to 73.2°C. The BLSs showed thermostability, but the BLS producers were not thermostable except for the H1 producer. Thermophilic Bacillus licheniformis H1 was further characterized. The culture supernatant of B. licheniformis H1 exhibited antagonistic activity against various species of Gram‐positive bacteria such as Listeria monocytogenes ATCC19111 but not against Gram‐negative bacteria except Pseudomonas fluorescens ATCC11251. Inactivation of bacteriocin‐like activity by α‐chymotrypsin, trypsin, and papain was highly significant (P < 0.001). The BLS was found to be stable under a pH range from 3 to 9 and at temperatures up to 75°C for 60 min, but it lost activity after being autoclaved at 121°C for 15 min. The optimum production of BLS by B. licheniformis H1 was obtained at a temperature of 55°C. Sodium dodecyl sulfate – polyacrylamide electrophoresis analysis of concentrated partially purified supernatants collected after resting the bacterial cells at 55°C revealed a bacteriocin‐like protein with a molecular mass of approximately 3.5 kDa. This study is the first report of a BLS from thermophilic B. licheniformis with an animal compost origin.  相似文献
