为评估有机胂添加剂对水环境的影响,以蛋白核小球藻、大型蚤为研究对象,研究了洛克沙胂、阿散酸对蛋白核小球藻和大型蚤的急性毒性.结果表明:洛克沙胂、阿散酸对蛋白核小球藻的24、48、72、96 h的半数有效抑制浓度(EC50)分别为:190.55、263.03、346.74、389.05 mg·L-1;239.88、308.18、418.12、410.40 mg·L-1(以原型药物计);均大于100 mg·L-1,在水环境中为低毒级化合物(急性Ⅲ化学物质以下).对大型蚤24 h-EC50分别是49.77、83.70 mg·L-1;48 h-EC50分别是39.00、57.48 mg·L-1,48 h-LC50分别是44.19、61.97 mg·L-1(均以原型药物计);依据蚤类急性活动抑制毒性分级标准,它们属于中毒级化合物. 相似文献

为保证山地果园索道安全稳定运行,并在网络环境较差的山地果园实现对索道驱动系统轴承故障诊断,该研究提出了一种一维端对端轻量化CNN检测方法1D-MRL-CNN(one-dimensional mountain ropeways lightweight convolutional neural network ),直接对采集到的一维振动信号进行检测。基于残差结构(residual structure)和深度可分离卷积(deep separable convolution),引入BN(batch normalization)层,在保证检测精度的同时大幅度降低模型的参数量和复杂度,并提升鲁棒性和泛化能力,适用于索道的变负荷工作状态;采用改进stem block模块、h_swish激活函数并在主体模块最后一层添加通道注意力机制(squeeze and excitation, SE),提高网络模型的特征提取能力。为了验证模型的综合性能、变负荷工况下的稳定性以及抗噪声干扰性能,利用帕德博恩(paderborn university, PU)和凯斯西储(case western reserve university, CWRU)数据集进行试验验证。PU数据集试验结果表明,该方法故障分类准确率达99.43%,相比同类最优网络分类准确率提高0.97个百分点;参数量为83.44 kB,分别是Resnet18、VGG16、MobileNetV3-large和ShuffleNetV1模型的2.19%、0.81%、2.84%和3.31%。CWRU数据集试验结果表明,该方法在变负荷工况下的平均准确率达96.70%,比Resnet18、WDCNN和MobileNetV3-large网络分别高9.1、4.7和10.5个百分点;在4种噪声工况下的平均识别准确率达99.14%,比Resnet18、WDCNN和MobileNetV3-large网络分别高4.74、1.24和5.51个百分点。最后通过自建数据集对模型的实际工况故障分类效果进行验证,1 400个样本中仅有2个故障样本预测错误,准确率达99.86%。本研究的网络模型参数量小、准确率高,在变负荷和有噪声的工况下鲁棒性较高,适用于山地果园运输索道的轴承故障检测。 相似文献

AIM: To study the effect of ClC-3 gene over-expression on thyroid structure and function in mice.METHODS: Three-months-old FVB mice were used to study the difference of thyroid structure and function between wild-type (WT) mouse and ClC-3 transgene mice. The expression and distribution of ClC-3 in the thyroid of mice were determined by the methods of qPCR, Western blot and immunofluorescence. Behavioral monitoring was performed on the daily activities of mice. Serum concentrations of total triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyroxine (TT4) and thyrotropin (TSH) were measured by ELISA.RESULTS: Compared with the WT group, the expression of ClC-3 in the thyroid of ClC-3 transgene group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The thyroid gland showed obvious hyperplasia and the folliculi glandulae thyreoideae was significantly bigger in ClC-3 transgene mice (P<0.05). The weight loss was increased in ClC-3 transgene mice (P<0.05). The expression of TT3 and TT4 were significantly higher than that of WT group (P<0.05), but the change of TSH was not obvious.CONCLUSION: ClC-3 over-expression results in thyroid hyperplasia and thyroid hormone secretion. This study suggests that ClC-3 is likely to be involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. 相似文献

AIM:To establish a sensitive and effective method to determine whether augmenter of liver regeneration protein (ALRp) has the activity of sulfhydryl oxidase.METHODS:The cysteine at the position of 65 in CXXC motif contained in ALRp was changed into alanine through site-directed mutation.There were four groups in the experiment:① ALR group;② ALR-FAD group;③Mutated ALR-FAD group;④ Control group.Using GSH as substrate,at different time points,the concentration of thiol in each group was measured.RESULTS:The concentration of thiol groups in the ALR-FAD group was decreased during the time of the experiment.But the thiol in the other groups didn’t show any significant decrease.CONCLUSION:A sensitive and effective method to determine the sulfhydryl oxidase activity of ALRp was established.ALRp is a FAD-dependent sulfhydryl oxidase,and the conserved CXXC motif is indispensable to ALRp. 相似文献

北方半干旱区的PDSI和SPI比较研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以北方半干旱地区老哈河流域为研究区域,利用流域内及其周边15个气象站1957~2008年的长序列日观测资料,计算逐月的帕默尔干旱指标(Palmer Drought Severity Index,PDSI)和不同时间尺度(1、3、6及12月)的标准化降水指标(Standard Precipitation Index,SPI)。结果表明,52年间分别有6段主要的湿润期和干旱期,持续时间都在1年以上,说明老哈河流域旱涝持续性较强。将不同时间尺度的SPI与PDSI进行对比发现,随着时间尺度的增大,SPI对干旱持续性的表现能力增强,12个月时间尺度的SPI与PDSI一致性较好。 相似文献
