采用溶液培养试验研究了籽粒苋(Amaranthus.spp.)不同富钾基因型在不同供钾水平条件下3个不同生长时期内根系分泌物中氨基酸和有机酸的种类及含量变化情况。结果表明,1)籽粒苋根系分泌物中氨基酸和有机酸含量随着供钾水平的升高而降低,且富钾基因型始终大于一般基因型。在低钾胁迫时,根系分泌物中有10种氨基酸和5种有机酸出现,而在供钾正常时则缺少谷氨酸、甘氨酸、苯丙氨酸、草酸和柠檬酸等;酪氨酸、-氨基丁酸和丝氨酸的含量约占氨基酸分泌总量的一半以上;苹果酸含量约占有机酸分泌总量的60%以上。2)籽粒苋生长50d时,一般基因型氨基酸和有机酸的分泌总量较生长40d时迅速降低,而富钾基因型降低速度则相对较为平稳。在3个生长期内,酪氨酸、-氨基丁酸和丝氨酸均为两类基因型根系分泌物中的主要氨基酸种类,苹果酸则是主要的有机酸类型,其在氨基酸和有机酸分泌总量中所占相对比例均随生长期的延长而升高。3)籽粒苋根系分泌物处理后的土壤速效钾含量均高于清水对照处理,富钾基因型在低钾胁迫时的根系分泌物对土壤钾的活化作用明显大于一般基因型。  相似文献

本文通过单因素试验 ,研究了不同环境因素 (温度、CO2 、水分、施肥等 )对籽粒苋生长发育及其富钾能力的影响。研究结果表明 :(1)籽粒苋在籽粒苋生长期内 ,以 7月 12日和 2 2日播种的籽粒苋 (日均温为 2 6.9~ 2 6.2℃ )生长最好 ,相应的植株含钾量也最高。 (2 )当大气中的二氧化碳浓度达到 10 0 0 μl/L时 ,籽粒苋的平均株高、单株平均鲜重和植株平均含钾量 (K2 O)较对照均有显著增加。 (3 )土壤水分条件以田间持水量对籽粒苋生长最为合适 ,低于田间持水量则影响植株对钾的吸收。 (4 )籽粒苋属于在多钾、缺钾土壤上 ,吸钾能力强的植物类型 ,施用钾肥有利于提高籽粒苋植株的含钾量  相似文献

在缺钾土培和水培条件下,研究了籽粒苋不同基因型根际和非根际土壤速效钾、缓效钾和全钾含量的变化,以及根际微生物数量、根系主要分泌物、根系质子分泌量和根系CEC的变化。结果表明,籽粒苋根际土壤速效钾和缓效钾含量明显高于非根际土壤,且在根际形成钾的相对富集区,富钾基因型R104和K12根际钾的富集能力明显高于一般基因型;籽粒苋根际土壤的全钾含量却低于非根际土壤,富钾基因型的降低幅度大于一般基因型。富钾基因型根际微生物数量和根系分泌能力显著高于一般基因型,且根际细菌和真菌数量与主要根系分泌物的分泌量变化基本保持一致。富钾基因型R104和K12根系CEC和H 分泌量高于一般基因型M9和Cr047,而相同基因型内各品种间的变化不显著。  相似文献

Digestibility of dietary fibre (DF) and energy of three pale-seeded and one darkseeded variety ofAmaranthus caudatus were studied in balance experiments with growing rats. Effects of processing: popping, toasting and flaking were also examined. The pale seeds contained about 8% of DF and the black seeds about twice as much. The soluble DF fraction made up 33–44% of the total DF (TDF) fraction in the pale-seeded varieties, but only 18% in the black seeds. The monomer sugar composition of the DF was very similar in all products. However, the black seeds were very high in lignin, and DF of the black-seeded products were more resistant to digestion than that of the pale-coloured products. In the pale amaranth products digestible energy (DE) varied between 86 and 91%. In the dark-seeded products DE was lower, and there was a significant negative correlation (r=–0.92) between DE and TDF. Processing of pale seeds had only minor effects on TDF and DE, but increased the proportion of soluble DF and the digestibility of DF in one variety. The food intake tended to be lower in rats fed raw pale seeds compared with those consuming processed products, indicating the presence of heat-labile factors reducing palatability.In conclusion, the pale seeds had a lower content of DF than most cereal grains and the DF was more easily digested. As a source of energy, amaranth grains seem to be comparable to other cereals.  相似文献

Summary Intraspecific crosses involving five cultivars of Amaranthus hypochondriacus and two from A. caudatus were studied to investigate the inheritance of five morphological traits (seed coat colour, inflorescence colour, seedling colour, oval leaf mark and purple leaf mark). Seedling colour, inflorescence colour, seed coat colour and oval leaf mark segregated to a 3:1 ratio and therefore each was controlled by a single dominant gene. The purple leaf mark segregated in 9:7 ratio and hence may be controlled by two dominant genes. Simultaneous segregation for seed coat colour and inflorescence colour gave a ratio of 9:3:3:1. Similar genetic ratio was observed for the simultaneous segregation for oval leaf mark and inflorescence colour. It was suggested that each of these traits is controlled by independent genes.  相似文献

Summary Grain amaranth populations from their centers of origin in the New World had shown a pattern of allozyme variation that suggested most landraces to be highly homozygous mixtures of genotypes. To compare this pattern of variation with the variation for morphological traits, 15 selfed families from each of six populations were grown in a replicated field experiment. Four pigmentation traits known to be smiply inherited were scored along 18 other morphological traits. Populations varied for the amount of polymorphism for marker loci, and exhibited little heterozygosity. Analysis of variance for the quantitative traits showed significant interpopulation differences for each of the observed characters. Populations differed for the number of metric traits showing significant between-family differences for just one of the metric traits whereas another had between-family differences for all ten. These results suggested high levels of homozygosity within these landraces; thus, variation for quantitative traits conformed well with the allozyme variation patterns.Stepwise multiple regression of all characters on yield as the dependent variable was used to compare the relative contributions of specific characters to yield within individual populations. Plant height, days to flowering, and leaf length were included in the regression equations for 6, 5, and 5, of the populations, respectively. Days to floweing was negatively correlated with yield, while plant height and leaf length were positively correlated. These correlations suggest the potential for developing early flowering, high yielding cultivars having short stature, selected by breaking its correlation with yield. Several breeding strategies based on these findings on genetic resources are discussed briefly.  相似文献

An acetolactate synthase (ALS)‐resistant Amaranthus retroflexus biotype was collected in a soyabean crop after repeated exposure to imazethapyr and thifensulfuron‐methyl in north‐eastern Italy. Studies were conducted to characterise the resistance status and determine alternative post‐emergence herbicides for controlling this biotype. Whole‐plant bioassay revealed that the GR50 values were 1898‐ and 293‐fold higher than those observed for the biotype susceptible to imazethapyr and imazamox respectively. The biotype also displayed high cross‐resistance to sulfonylureas. Molecular analysis demonstrated that a single nucleotide substitution had occurred in domain B (TGG to TTG at position 574), conferring a change from the amino acid tryptophan to leucine in the resistant biotype. However, herbicides with other modes of action (PSII, 4‐HPPD and PPO inhibitors) provided excellent control. The GR50 ratios for metribuzin, terbuthylazine and mesotrione were close to 1 and treatments with fomesafen gave 100% control of both susceptible and resistant biotypes at the recommended field dose. This study documents the first case of an imidazolinone and ALS‐resistant biotype in European crops and identifies the post‐emergence herbicide options available for managing this troublesome weed in soyabean crops. Alternative management strategies are also discussed.  相似文献

就苋菜、木耳菜不同施氮水平对其硝酸盐含量的影响进行了研究,目的是为减少氮肥施用中的肥料污染问题提供理论基础。通过试验统计的方法进行设计实验与分析。结果表明:在一定的范围内NO3—含量随施氮量增加而增加,但施肥量超过某一临界值后,产量会下降,而硝酸盐含量仍有上升。同时,蔬菜在不同发育阶段、天气情况、施肥时间长短,NO3—含量也会有所不同。  相似文献

通过在江西红壤区引种的16个籽粒苋品种对比试验,分析表明:K112、R104、D88-1、M7、K476、K350、K472、K409、R158等品种表现出较好的生长适应性和稳定性;籽粒苋的鲜茎叶产量与株高,地径,分枝数,叶片数线性相关极显,且以地径产系最为密切。  相似文献
