The objective of this work was to evaluate rates for applications of water treatment sludge (WTS) as a nutrient source for grasses and leguminous plants cropped in a soil degraded by tin mining in the Amazon Region (Natural Forest of Jamari, Rondonia State, Brazil). The treatments consisted of three rates of nitrogen supplied by WTS (100, 150 and 200 mg kg−1 soil), five combinations of plants, two controls (absolute control, without fertilization; and chemical control, soil+lime+chemical fertilizers). WTS modified the contents of macro and micronutrients in the degraded soil, but it was not, as used in the present study, sufficient for the rehabilitation of the degraded area.  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of tillage and residue incorporation on soil properties and yields of rice (Oryza sativa L.) and wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) in rotation for 4 years on a silty clay loam of an Aquic Hapludoll with natural water table fluctuating between 0.05 and 0.97 m depth The rice experiment was laid out in split plot design with four levels of tillage, viz. conventional puddling (CP), puddling by four passes of rotavator (PR), reduced puddling by two passes of rotavator (ReP), and direct seeding without puddling (DSWP) and two levels of residue, viz. residue incorporation (RI) and residue removal (RR) in four replications. The treatments for wheat were zero tillage (ZT) and conventional tillage (CT) with RI and RR superimposed over the plots of rice. Tillage for rice increased puddling index and bulk density (BD) over the years. The increase was significantly higher in CP and PR than in ReP. In wheat season, BD was higher under ZT than under CT but the differences were not significant. Puddling decreased saturated hydraulic conductivity with time, which became significantly lower in CP and PR in the fourth year than in ReP in the first year. Infiltration rate (IR) also decreased with time and was lowest in CP and PR. In wheat season, IR was at par under ZT and CT. Rice yield in PR was maximum and at par with that in ReP. But wheat yield was lowest in PR and highest in DSWP, and was at par in DSWP and ReP. Thus, rice yields were optimum under ReP, in which changes in soil properties were least, and wheat yields were optimum both under ZT and CT in the DSWP and ReP plots of rice under shallow water table conditions of the silty clay loam.  相似文献

Effect of tillage and residue management on enzyme activities in soils   总被引:14,自引:3,他引:14  
Recent interest in soil tillage and residue management has focused on low-input sustainable agriculture. In this study we investigated the effect of three tillage systems (no-till, chisel plow, and moldboard plow) and four residue placements (bare, normal, mulch, and double mulch) on the activities of four amidohydrolases (amidase, L-asparaginase, L-glutaminase, and urease) in soils from four replicated field-plots. Correlation coefficients (r) for linear regressions between the activities of each of the enzymes and organic C or pH and between all possible paired amidohydrolases were also calculated. The results showed that the effects of tillage and residue management on pH in the 28 surface soil (0–15 cm) samples were not significant. The organic C content, however, was affected significantly by the different tillage and residue-management practices studied, being the greatest in soils with notill/double mulch treatment, and the least with no-till/bare and moldboard/normal treatments. Within the same tillage system, mulch treatment resulted in greater organic C content compared with normal or bare treatment. The activities of the amidohydrolases studied were generally greater in mulch-treated plots than in non-treated plots, and were significantly correlated with organic C contents of soils, with r values ranging from 0.70*** to 0.90***. Linear regression analyses of enzyme activities on pH values (in 0.01 M CaCl2) of the 28 surface soils showed significant correlations for L-asparaginase, L-glutaminase, and urease, with r values of 0.74***, 0.77***, and 0.72***, respectively, but not for amidase (r=0.24). The activities of the four amidohydrolases studied in the 40 soil samples tested were significantly intercorrelated, with r values ranging from 0.72*** to 0.92***. The activities of the four amidohydrolases decreased with increasing soil depth of the plow layer, and were accompanied by a decrease in organic C content.  相似文献

 建立了检测家禽肌肉组织中甲硝唑、洛硝哒唑、二甲硝咪唑残留的高效液相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯振荡提取 ,浓缩 ,盐酸溶解残渣 ,己烷萃取除去脂肪。氢氧化钠调节溶液到pH 4 .8~ 5 .2 ,过C18小柱 ,甲醇洗脱 ,SpherisorbC18柱分离 ,32 0nm处检测。流动相为醋酸缓冲液 乙腈 (85∶15 ,v/v)。甲硝唑、洛硝哒唑和二甲硝咪唑检测限分别为 0 .5、1.0和 1.0ng·g-1。肉鸡肌肉组织中添加 6 .0ng·g-1水平回收率分别为 :甲硝唑 89.8% ,洛硝哒唑81.7% ,二甲硝咪唑 86 .6 %。此方法具有定性合理 ,检测限低 ,分析快速 ,准确等特点。  相似文献

研究临床使用常规剂量及养殖环节加大盐酸土霉素可溶性粉剂量后其在鸡蛋中的残留消除规律。对产蛋期蛋鸡分别给予500 mg/L和667 mg/L 50%盐酸土霉素可溶性粉,集中饮水给药,每日1次,连续5 d。分别采集停药后1~12 d的鸡蛋样品,采用UPLC-MS/MS测定鸡蛋中土霉素的残留量。按上述方法给药后,低、高剂量组分别在停药第1天和停药第2天达到土霉素残留量最高。低、高剂量组的最高残留量分别为142. 72、82. 84μg/kg,均低于国家规定的最高残留限量(200μg/kg),不会造成土霉素残留超标。本试验通过研究土霉素可溶性粉在鸡蛋中的残留情况,确定弃蛋期前后土霉素残留量,以期为蛋鸡产蛋期安全用药,保障食品安全提供科学依据。  相似文献

牛奶葡萄采后SO2双重释放装置辅以CT-1处理不但有效降低了药害发生率,而且提高了贮藏效果。在此基础上辅以采前喷布内含杀菌剂的壳多糖,牛奶葡萄可达到更佳贮藏效果,在1998年生长季发生全国性洪水灾害,田间带菌量剧增,各地葡萄贮藏效果极差情况下,参试的牛奶葡萄腐烂率只有1.6%,果梗鲜绿,褐变指数只有0.4%,药害率仅为1.0%,果肉亚硫酸盐残留仅为0.067 mg/kg。  相似文献

伊维菌素是新的高效广谱驱虫剂,可防治猪、牛和羊的体内外寄生虫,但未见用药后山羊奶禁止饮用期限的规定。本实验取山羊奶5ml用异辛烷和乙腈提取,高效液相色谱法测定提取液中伊维菌素的量。色谱柱为6~8μm Zorbax-ODS(150×4.6mmID),流动相为乙腈+甲醇+2%冰乙酸水溶液(45+45+10),紫外检测波长为255nm。伊维菌素含量为4~50ng/ml时,峰面积—浓度曲线呈线性,回收率为85.0±2.8%。以300mcg/kg.b.w.剂量给山羊皮下注射伊维菌素,1~3天奶中可达峰值,含量约24ng/ml,经8天后奶中不再检出伊维菌素,试验结果表明用药后8天内的山羊奶不能供人饮用。  相似文献

秸秆发电和气化残余物(下称草木灰),其含有丰富的大量和中微量元素,如K、Ca、P、Mg、Si、Cu、Zn、B等,其中钾含量尤为丰富。而水稻是一种喜钾和硅的作物。将草木灰作为钾肥应用于水稻的生产上,一方面可节约生产成本,另一方面还可以改善大米的品质;但草木灰同时还含有重金属元素,过量的施入势必会带来土壤环境的恶化,本文通过分析土壤中和大米中重金属含量的变化,得出本试验中草木灰的施入不会引起环境的恶化;从生产成本和水稻产量与品质上综合考虑得出处理木灰1 50%替代化学钾肥和草木灰2 75%替代化学钾肥是最佳施肥处理。  相似文献
