重庆市主要农产品供给能力分析

根据《重庆统计年鉴》数据,选取粮食、蔬菜、油料、猪肉和水产品等5个指标,利用相关农业、经济社会统计数据和盈余度计算方法,对重庆市主要农产品供给能力进行分析。结果表明:2003~2012年,重庆市粮食、蔬菜和猪肉产品的供给能力处于稳定的状态,水产品的供给能力有一定程度的下降,油料产品缺口不断扩大;5大功能区之间的盈余情况在结构和空间布局上都存在较大差异。为保障农产品供给,需要继续加大力度支持农业生产。     

大宗农产品市场竞争力的影响因素研究——基于对重庆市“两翼”地区的调研

采用结构方程模型分析技术,对影响重庆市大宗农产品市场竞争力的各要素进行了系统分析。结果表明,生态环境对市场竞争力的直接影响不显著;政策扶持、农户因素、生产条件、农业科技、生产能力等因素对农产品市场竞争力有不同程度的影响,体现出了直接和间接的影响,其作用路径和方式也不尽相同。     

乡镇污水处理厂运行管理相关问题探讨

乡镇污水处理厂作为环保基础设施建设的重点,普遍存在重建设轻运营的问题。笔者结合重庆市实际情况,重点分析了乡镇污水处理厂运行管理中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了建议,包括提高收集率、完善末端工艺、专业化运营、改变考核体系、优化污泥处置、加强再生利用和远程在线监控等。     

典型丘陵地带耕地集约利用水平评价研究—以重庆市为例

运用因子分析法对重庆市自直辖以来的耕地集约利用状况进行了实证分析,拟为提高集约利用水平提供建议。研究结果表明,1997-2000年为重庆市耕地集约利用水平迅速提高阶段;2000-2004年为短期波动阶段,其中2002年达到峰值;2004-2006年为集约利用水平一度降低阶段;2006-2008年为逐步提高阶段。提高耕地集约利用水平必须尽快确立国家标准与规程,克服障碍因素影响,坚持内部挖潜,实现可持续性发展。     

重庆地区致病疫霉交配型测定

通过对峙培养在RSA和RTA上对重庆地区主要马铃薯和番茄产区的致病疫霉交配型进行了测定。结果显示,分离自重庆地区8个县(区)的186个致病疫霉菌株均为A1交配型,没有检测到A2交配型。这一结果表明该地区的致病疫霉仍以A1交配型为主。     

An Evidential Analysis on the Rural Urbanization Development in Chongqing

The rural urbanization process in Chongqing is much slower than that in other metropolitans and most of the provinces in eastern China, which can't adapt to its important function as the economic and cultural center in southwestern China.It is urgent for Chongqing to accelerate the rural urbanization for improving its whole urbanization level and speeding up its economy development to catch up with other metropolitans and some advanced provinces.Compared with the urbanization in other metropolitans and some provinces, the authors demonstrated the rural urbanization situation and its characteristics in Chongqing in details, analyzed the reasons for the poor urbanization and its influences on the social-economic development especially that in the rural area.Inferior position of Chongqing's small towns in the market competition with those from other provinces is one of the results of its poor urbanization development.At last, the authors suggested a few practical countermeasures to improve the rural urbanization in order to get a rapid and sustainable rural development and to increase the whole economic effects of the metropolitan.     

Sociological Factors about the Urbanization of Traditional Community --Discussion on Ciqikou Community

The modernization has been the dream that Chinese nation has wished eagerly to realize all the time. In some sense, the modernization of China means urbanization. The reform and opening - up over the past 20 years , built and made the enormous achievement in urbanization of China, have changed the appearance of the city of China greatly. But to numerous traditional historical zones, what kind of urbanization way should on earth be taken, it has been the question long - term in dispute of the planning circles all the time. In this paper, Ciqikou community of Chongqing as an example, doing some discussions from sociology on this question, the author hopes, that for such difficult problem, by this settlement a piece of breach can be found as soon as possible.     

The Traditional Form of Mountainous Towns in Sichuan & Chongqing

The mountainous towns in Sichuan and Chongqing lie in mountainous region. During long-term practice, the people living there created a town form full of mountainous characteristics, such as highly multiple, multidimensional and intensive town form with a triune from town, building and terra. In this paper, the traditional form characteristics of mountainous towns are studied offering historical reference for planning and building mountainous towns of Sichuan and Chongqing full of mountainous characteristics in new century.
