几种含氮盐对平菇菌丝体生长的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在PDA培养基中添加了不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2·4H2O、 KNO3、(NH4)2SO4、 NH4Cl和NH4NO3几种含氮盐,研究其对平菇菌丝体生长的影响.结果表明:未添加任何含氮盐的PDA培养基中菌丝长势最好:日均生长速率最快(15.75 mm/d),满管时间最短(6 d),菌丝粗壮(5 μm),菌丝体干重(0.0800 g).添加含氮盐后,并没有促进菌丝的生长.但添加0.5%的Ca(NO3)2·4H2O、0.3%的KNO3有利于强壮菌丝.添加0.2%和0.5%的 NH4Cl,0.1%、0.4%和0.8%的 NH4NO3则有利于增大菌丝生长的密度或菌丝积累物质. 相似文献

1999~2001年对不同地区收集水稻种子样品22个,以滤纸保湿法和分离培养法,从水稻种子内部和表面共分离鉴定出13个属、15个种真菌。在这些真菌中,链格孢菌(Alternaria oryzae)、禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)、黑附球菌(Epicoccum neglectum)、枝孢菌(Cladosporium cladosporioidas)为优势种。链格孢菌在两种分离方法中出现数量都高,禾谷镰刀菌、枝孢菌以分离培养法出现数量多,而黑附球菌则以滤纸保湿法出现的数量多。 相似文献

Background
Transcatheter occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is usually performed by fluoroscopy alone or together with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) guidance has been used for deployment of Amplatz Canine Ductal Occluder (ACDO), but sometimes is limited by suboptimal acoustic windows. Transesophageal echocardiography can overcome such issues and provides higher image resolution at the level of the great vessels.Objectives
To determine if TEE without fluoroscopy could be used to successfully perform ductal occlusion for the treatment of PDA in dogs.Animals
Twenty client‐owned dogs with PDA.Methods
A prospective consecutive case series of PDA occlusion was performed using only TEE guidance. Dogs were positioned in right lateral recumbency and the TEE probe was positioned to visualize the descending aorta, PDA, and pulmonary artery. The guide wire, long introducer sheath, and ACDO were imaged by TEE to direct deployment.Results
Ductal occlusion was performed successfully without need for fluoroscopy and without complications in 19 dogs. One dog required a second larger ACDO because of embolization of the first device 18 hours after positioning.Conclusions and Clinical Importance
We have demonstrated that TEE monitoring without concurrent fluoroscopy can guide each step of transcatheter ACDO embolization thereby providing an alternate method of visualization for this procedure. Use of TEE alone can reduce radiation exposure or is an option when fluoroscopy is not available, and, therefore, should be evaluated in a larger case series to better assess procedural failure rates. 相似文献97.

Fusarium head blight (FHB) caused by Fusarium graminearum is one of the devastating diseases of small grain crops, including barley and wheat. Breeding for resistance is one of the best and ecofriendly strategies to manage the FHB. However, the existing methods used for screening genotypes, both under field and greenhouse conditions, often resulted in high experimental error, leading to inconsistent ranking of genotypes over years. In the postgenomic era, precise assessment of resistance is crucial to identify candidate genes. Here, we report a pathogen inoculation procedure and a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) based protocol for the quantification and discrimination of quantitative resistance among barley and wheat genotypes to FHB. Using Fusarium specific primer pair Tri6_10, for the trichothecene biosynthetic cluster (Tri6) gene, we successfully quantified the relative fungal biomass in both spikelets and rachis. A qPCR of spikelets and rachis collected on 6 dpi, from inoculated three alternate spikelet regions, discriminated resistance with less experimental error than those based on the proportion of spikelets diseased (PSD) at 9 dpi. In order to meet government supervision of pork production safety as well as consumer's right to know what they buy and protect the public safety of pork food, this study adopts animal identification, intelligent personal digital assistant (PDA) reading and writing, general packet radio service (GPRS), and other information technologies, proposes a pork tracking and traceability inferstructure based on pork production substrace flow and data flow, designs the metadata structure and related datatbases for farming, slaughtering, and retailing sector based on intensive pig farming and smallhold pig farming, develops three different data-recording systems, and finally establishes a public network platform for the information inquiry in light of "the administrative rules on identification and rearing files for animal and poultry" in China. The farming process information system supplies early warning for the usage of drugs and feed additives based on data of every individual pig and timely uploading all events data to remote traceability database when pigs are sold; the PDA data collecting system can collect farming events data for pigs fed by farmers and submit to the center database by GPRS; the web-based Tianjin's pork traceability platform can integrate all identifications and related pork quality data from farming, slaughtering to marketing by online, and achieve pork tracking from product origin to consumption and tracing in the turnover direction. It is feasible to realize pork quality traceability by identification technologies developed and/or integrated, metadata specifications designed, three data-recording systems deyeloped, and web-inquiring platform established. Some individual technical bottlenecks will be resolved with the development of communication technologies. The full implementation in Tianjin, China, will supply technical support for guaranteeing the quality and safety of pork production and meeting consumer's demands. 相似文献
