水稻种子真菌种群研究

摘    要:1999~2001年对不同地区收集水稻种子样品22个,以滤纸保湿法和分离培养法,从水稻种子内部和表面共分离鉴定出13个属、15个种真菌。在这些真菌中,链格孢菌(Alternaria oryzae)、禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum)、黑附球菌(Epicoccum neglectum)、枝孢菌(Cladosporium cladosporioidas)为优势种。链格孢菌在两种分离方法中出现数量都高,禾谷镰刀菌、枝孢菌以分离培养法出现数量多,而黑附球菌则以滤纸保湿法出现的数量多。

Abstract:Collected from different areas of Hei longjiang province, 22 rice seed samples were examined during the years of 1985 to 1986. By two routine methods, the moist chamber and the PDA medium, 14 fungi species belonging 13 genera were identified from the surface and interior of the rice seeds. The Alternaria oryzae, Fusarium graminearum , Epicoccum neglectum and Cladosporium cladosporioidas are the main pathogen. Alternaria oryzae are the predminant fungus by two routine methods. Fusarium graminearum and Cladosporium cladosporioidas are the main fungi by the PDA medium method, while Epicoccum neglectum is the main fungus by the moist chamber method.
